Well, i always tend to defend our players/coaches when there's slight light spot... But tonight everything was -worthy. Position of the players, subs, tactics, pretty much everything.

100% agree.

Guaro is not an AM.
Kova is not a DM.
Cuchu is not a CM.

Strama until you realise this, I don't think you're capable of coaching this team anymore.

Top league coaches always outsmart themselves. They think they can make the next Pirlo, the next Fabregas (the false 9 thingie) and so on. In reality it just doesn't work on a match-to-match basis. Pirlo doesn't "become Pirlo" all of a sudden. The coach had to start building the team around this during the pre-season. This brings us to another issue - consistency.

It's good to rotate players based on their physical fitness. But if the coach change the players AND THE FORMATION every other game, it's just a pain in the ass for the player to adapt. In most cases the benefits of outplaying your opponent with a new tactic are offset by the wrong positioning of your own players. Tonight's game was a prime example. Our entire midfield doesn't know whom to pass the ball to. What do they do? Long balls. None of Palacio and Cassano is strong enough to be the kind of target man required for a long ball-oriented tactic.

Strama, you train with the boys on a daily basis, which part of the above is so hard to understand?

Everything was fine when Strama came out fresh from the Primavera. He sticked with the basics and we did okay. (I assume he had more interactions with the players too, and understood better who's more comfortable playing in where.) Then he started getting ahead of himself and dragged us into the shit we have today.

GO BACK TO THE BASICS. No 3-4-1-2. No false positioning. Enough is enough.

He should be on the short list but I prefer this management focuses on getting this decision RIGHT for FFS and not just thinking until the end of the season or just about this moment. This time they MUST get the right guy cause ever since Mou left it has been a parade and we need stability at some point.

I would rather have a caretaker for the rest of the season and start evaluating who is the next manager behind the scenes with time and space to make the decision. Blanc, Simeone, Pellegrini, Spalletti whomever you can think of as a REAL coach.

I don't want some quick fire solution and be stuck for ANOTHER lost year 0.

That's what I am afraid of. Imagine wanting Inter to win (our trolling way) another dreby, just to have Strama for 6 more months. Ofc you can't wish your team to lose, so that's a huge dilemma. That would be hard to watch, haven't missed a derby since 2000.... I am afraid it will be my first one.

Weird how things and opinions change. When he came in last season he completely revolutionised Inter and got you brilliant sequence of results and for the early stages of the season beat Juve away from home and everyone thought he could possibly inspire Inter to a title challenge but now the way things have taken a turn for the worse. I like many others don't understand why he plays Kovacic in the CM role.
