The only problem is because he can't trust the management anymore since they sold Ibra and Silva, alongside some other first XI players. How would you play for a team that doesn't even aim to win or at least showing they want to win?

It is a fact that Ibra and Silva were probably 75-80% of the Bilan soul. Yes they needed money and they had to sell players, but they shouldn't sell both. We sold one of our main stars as well last year ago. But, we didn't sell Sneijder and Eto'o. I'm pretty sure that if we had sold Sneijder and Eto'o together.. many of our players wouldn't want to stay. Now, that Cassano has left, I read somewhere yesterday that Mexes and Boateng are considering to leave as well.. Blame Cassano?

You don't get it. It's they way he left. He said by himself that Milan - and he also mentioned Berlusconi by his name - supported him during his break. And when he was fit again he talked in a very disrespectful way about his team and stated in public that he is thinking about leaving.

It's not about his wish to leave. And it's not about the fact he left. But the way he left ... no class.
