This is the best solution for everyone involved.
If Mazzari wants a team that is running and passing for 90 minutes a game, then he has no place. Thats it.

That's only your opinion. Unless you are Mazzarri or his assistant, I wouldn't take it seriously.

Guarin is our best midfielder, even above Kovacic, period.

I prefer to use the word supposed.. just because he hasn't shown that yet..

And tbh, him being our best MF shows just how sorry our midfield situation truly is.

If we don't want Gasperini 2.0 we need to actually spend to make our squad suitable for Mazzari, because right now it's not.

Well sending Cassano away is probably one step towards that direction because there wouldn't be any reason to give him away if Mazzari would have wanted him to stay.

Mazzarri has denied he has talked with cassano before and after signing with inter. As he said in his press conference he won't talk to any player until 10th july

It's widely known that Mazzari uses only fit, in form and physicaly strong players. It was obvious that Cassano can't treated as one of them.

He was great. But at the same time, he isnt the player who will work fucking hard on the winger, do all the defensive work we need, and still play 90 min week in week out to be honest.

That is true but except Cassano we don't have any players with the same amount of creativity. We tried with Guarin last season but that turned out to be not that great. I'm pretty sure some of the reason for the amount of goals scored by Palacio was because of Cassano.
