Lucio, Materazzi, Motta, Eto and - of course - Mourinho.

Oh, and Vieira played in the first half of the season. :D

Meh, Lucio played WC for a summer, same with Materazzi. Motta is hugely discussable. I'd accept 2 out 4 of those player. Ronaldo on the other hand has done it for 10 years, that GK was nominated for GOAT of gk:s and if you want to name coaches you could nominate Pirlo for all that he has done as a player since Mou never went far as a player.

All in all, I'd say juve benefits more from their "champions" if you want to go that route which I don't agree on.

Apparently he bashed mourinho and the treble winning squad, claiming they weren’t as good as they were made out to be...

Well, compared to some other teams, definitely not as dominating, but that's what made that team so good, they defied everybodys expectations

But not as good as that Robben/Ribery Bayern team that won CL

He just made a comment saying we didn't play "good football" when we won.

He was very critical of how Inter is playing today, how we choked hard in the Champions League versus the likes of Gladbach and Shakhtar - as opposed to losing to teams like Barcelona and Bayern - and he was mostly saying that Conte got results that he shouldn't have gotten playing with 10 men behind the ball (Atalanta game in particular, but I'm pretty sure he was saying even more on the Napoli game).

He says we're going to win the league with this "ugly", non-good football style with the long balls because it works in Italy, but it just a testament of why Italian teams do not do well in Europe. He pretty much hinted that he'd clash with the coach if he was told to sit with 10 men behind the ball, like Conte did in some games.

It's ironic that Conte cries "no protection" when all the headlines talk about a small phrase about the Champions League but nothing on a 3 minute rant of how Inter today is underwhelming despite being deservedly at the top of the league and on course to win the Scudetto. Mourinho is gone for over a decade the media still attacks him and then Conte cries when the media repeats what he said

Just as a note, if you play with all players behind the ball for more than 15 minutes, for Cassano that means you don't play "good football". It's a non-issue actually, but the remarks on our current squad is what warrants more attention.

It's actually quite nice to watch Bobo's Inter Connection talk football.

The last couple of segments were on Italian teams in Europe, following Italy's showing in the qualifiers. They talked on how Italy lacks players with consistent CL exposure with deep runs and that's why someone like Chiellini for example would be more valuable to the Euro lineup than other defenders, or how Italy lacks a difference maker that some other top nations have.

The best part of Bobo's Inter Connection group is actually Ventola. Cassano is just too authentic and easy to pick on from a few words, but in general he tends to make good points on football, just in an exaggerating manner. Cassano speaks for like 97% of the time, so Ventola's words in 100 videos probably can make up a 5 minute video :D

One other thing he said is that he'd make a good defender in this era  Meaning that defenders today aren't really that good at defending but are just good on the ball.

Is there a link for this on YouTube?

All Italian, no English subs.

Hafta say its pretty pathetic as an Inter for 20+ years that I don't know a lick of italian outside of a few curse words (obviously) and match actions (tiro, destro, sinistro, furigoco, testa, affrontare)

I think you can auto translate subtitles on videos on youtube. Not sure how strong the quality is of course.

With Cassano speaking it's also quite unlikely that they catch the proper Italian even :D

Wtf is he smoking. We are dominating every opponent, most shots on target, best defense, top scorers in the table, Lukaku median scoring is better than Giuseppe Meazza for fucks sake. Ofcourse we failed in CL, but in Serie A we are REAL DEAL
He`s obviously the type of player that would never make it in Conte`s team. Quite the opposite of a soldier, the type of players Conte is looking for.

Antonio Cassano is so bored of watching Inter he didn’t even tune in for Sunday’s match against Cagliari.

Antonio Conte is receiving criticism in certain sections of the media for his style of play, though, with some arguing Inter play ugly football and shouldn’t be celebrated. Cassano went on an extraordinary rant last night, telling viewers on Christian Vieri’s Twitch channel, Bobo TV:

“I watched padel (a racket sport similar to tennis) instead of Inter on Sunday, it’s always the same stuff with them. Conte guarantees you 15 extra points but not because he plays good football, because he gives you more confidence. He’s giving Inter a lot but I don’t like him as a coach and I like his style of play even less.
Conte always wants his plays to do exactly what he tells them to do, there’s no freedom.

He has a good chemistry with his players but Inter don’t play well and they never will while he’s in charge, which is proven by Conte’s record in Europe. If you play like this in the Champions League you’ll concede three goals and be sent home, Conte’s history shows us that.”

Cassano also gave his views on Christian Eriksen’s future at the club, arguing that Conte would be eager to get rid of the Dane this summer if he can. “If Conte can give away Eriksen this summer he won’t need asking twice,” he argued. “It’s not a coincidence that Inter play better football when Eriksen starts but Conte might get rid of him to sign a player he likes more, like Paul Pogba. When Conte has world class players he sends them away, he didn’t even want Andrea Pirlo at Juventus. There was a period earlier this season when he was mocking Eriksen by only playing him for four or five minutes; if he’d done that to me then we’d have had a real row.”

He doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. Buffoon embarassing himself with blatantly shit opinions. How did he connect Eriksen and Pogba? What has anything to do with anything in what he says?

I think he’s an Interista or at least he was as a child. I’m embarrassed and ashamed if he is when he’s talking shit like this publicly against our club.

Also, as I remember so clearly at the time, during our treble winning season the matches at times were dire to watch but the results were worth it so we endured it.

If Cassano wants beautiful football that yields 0 results then he should build a time machine and go follow arsenal.

He is just crying for attention. That's all.

Technically gifted player, but was not known as intelligent player. I am not sure he has deep knowledge about football tactics anyway.

Cassano was super intelligent player, but not as a human being or person.

Cassano has a point about Italian teams, the playing style and lack of success in Europe. But I'm not really sure what could be done to that. Because the coach who decides to go against the Italian way (defending) in Serie A and then not win the league will get crucified. I'm talking about coach at Inter/Juve/Milan etc. Sassuolos and Atalantas are different thing because in those clubs winning the league is not the "target" per se. Juve won 9 Scudetti in a row with not so pretty football. However they managed to get to CL final TWICE during that time so it's not totally out of the question whether Italian team with Italian style can get success in Europe.

It's remarkable how the greatest football genius duo we've seen in this millennium consists of two of the dumbest/thickest people in Totti and Cassano :D

As for Juventus, one factor you're leaving out is that they pretty much bought most of those Scudetti in hope to reach a Triplete feat, so it was done by November/December usually and they could focus in Europe from February on and when the pressure was on, they just recovered their means to ensure that the title would go their way (2016-17, 2017-18 etc).
Their easiest Scudetto since the 2013-14 season was last season actually.

Does the Allegri way with Juve at CL count as Italian style?

Cassano was super intelligent player, but not as a human being or person.

I see him as technically gifted meaning his dribble is fantastic, can make great pass or shoot, but I am not sure he is typical of player that really listen to what the coach wants of him, in terms of his movement or positioning, or understand the tactic implemented by the coach. He is more of a free roaming player in attacking phase which is understandable given his skills.
