I’m curious how Spalletti is a better coach than Conte

yep... seriously, Spalletti is a great coach but he has won nothing. Conte turned Juve Italy and Chelsea from shit to a good team and won a lot of trophies. He's gameplay is also better. It's not just crossing and holding ball like Spalletti likes to make.

Do you guys really think hiring Conte would gave us trophy on first season? If you think top 3 for him is realistic target, then what makes him difference with the coach we currently have...
Conte might not gonna survive full season anyway. This could be Gasperini 2.0.

With Juve it's hard, but i can imagine to get second... and Coppa italia is also not impossible. All depends of what players he get. Our defence is already worldclass. With 1-2 worldclass midfielder + decent Icardi replacement...well, who knows.

I could expect a lot of things with Conte and Marotta. Nobody really knows how good Inter will be in some months, it's still a mistery. We even don't know if really Conte will be the new coach, it's still not 100% sure. For now i will say it's 70-80%.

I don't want Conte at the club.

Its not just coz of his Rube past (though that plays a big part) but also he is a very divisive person. He left Juve and Chelsea after breaking down all his relationships with management (including a court case!) and his handling of the Costa incident suggests his maturity level is even below Mancini's. On top of that, his style is quite the opposite of what Spalletti is trying to create, not just the 3 man defence but moving away from a possession based style that we are trying to build in the last 12 months. So it will be another year zero. Plus he is infected with a serious condition of Rubentitis and has a very punchable face.

I hope these rumours are not true. I don't want Inter to waste 25m to get rid of Spalletti unless its a world class coach replacing him. Conte is not world class.

Youre not that wrong on some points. But are we going to ignore what Mancini and Spalletti won in this last 5-10 years and what Conte made in this years? Conte is still young (compared to them) and could improve from he's mistakes. With someone like Marotta he already made big things. Yeah, then he leaved because of that Iturbe story. But if he listen to Marotta like he did before that thing, he could make this team big.

I don't see anyway better solutions. The less risky thing to do is getting Conte. Spalletti is already done with Inter and specialy Marotta. The second solution is to get Mou and hope that he's Serie A DNA will come back. What he did in this years at Real and Manchester was not good enough.

I really don't give a shit who will be our next coach between mourinho , conte or even spalleti, although i think with marotta coming here spalleti ship sailed long ago which is understandable given our season so far....Every one of them has some positive and negative stuff that are legitimate, so it will be as always like rolling a dice...

Bottom line is we have to spend money this summer and get some smart buys for a change, thats the most important thing , because if we have similar mercato like last year i guarantee you we will not move one inch from the place in which we are now, whoever our coach is out of those three and then these stories about who bleeds this or that color, and who is bigger inter fan mourinho or conte will be irrelevant.

We don’t have a good enough team to be champion

We have probably the best striker in the league, best goalie and best young CB. From there the quality tanks. We have a pretty good MF in Bro and decent CBs. Just not at Juve a level. Not much in the pipeline either not to mention a super old unmotiveted players

If we want to be champion we need to spend big on wages which we won’t do if 8 million for Icardi is too much money. I think it is silly to pay a coach more then our top player

10 million isn’t that much. If it includes bonuses. If he wins us a title + qualifies us to champions league every season and gets us out of group stage find could be a exception if we land in a group with Bayern/Man City + Barca/Real. I’d be fine with that.

Why on earth does him being a former juve manager matter?? I’m sure a professional coach will come here, intentionally tank our team and affect his ability to get another job to provide for his family just because he once coached juve and “bleeds black and white”. We aren’t getting Simeone so if you want Spalletti gone he’s as good as you’re gonna get. I wouldn’t touch Mourinho the guy has massively underperformed for almost a decade since he left. He’ll always have a special place in our hearts but let’s leave that in the past.

some times people are searching for excuses to make a coach bad but it's not like there are that much good coaches that could join us. I don't want to see a De Boer 2 (some unknow guy from some mediocre team) or Pioli 2 (someone that never coached a big team). Conte knows Serie A and won a lot of trophies in the last years. And even if he did nothing special in CL, why should i care? We are not building a team that needs to win the CL, it's still a long way. Everyone would be happy if we can fight for the scudetto for now, like we always did.

You guys don't know shit, sorry man. Conte is not loved like someone as Del Piero or Buffon. A lot of Juve fans even hate him after the statement from some years ago. As player he was a legend (not that much like Del Piero and other legends) but as coach it's a diffrent thing.
