Don't have one.
The flaw with that is the money largely won't be reinvested. The majority of the money will be used to ease our debts, otherwise lukaku wouldn't be sold at all.

I think everyone is aware of our financial problems, which is why expectations won't be sky high next year. It will all depend on what we can / can't do on the market.

Crucial thing imo will be to get rid of as much deadwood as we can, maybe our bench warmers will be evaluated more by other teams cus of the title won.

Second thing, we have to target quality players with expiring contracts like dzeko, wijnaldum etc., which is one of marotta specialties. If we can manage both of those things, without any major sacrifices, i m convinced we can be even stronger than this season.

I think there is very small change Conte leaving this summer eaven if we would sell half of our stars. Cant see him getting this big salary from elsewhere!

Well i dont agree, Real Madrid(if zidane leaves),Barcelona,Tottenham,Man Utd would play 15m for his ass after what he achieved here for 2 years
1 finale in Europa leage
First year in second place only 1 points behind Juventus
And Second year Scudetto
Also making players playing better Lukaku,Hakimi,Darmian,Barella,Bastoni, eriksen also

So yeah who wouldnt pay for him

It’s often talked about how we have a financial crisis but so does every other club in Europe. Real might not want to give 15mil to a manger who can’t get past group stages of the CL despite his domestic challenges for the title 19/20 & 20/21.

Real would at least demand he make the semis of the UCL with a team that needs some revamp and probably not a huge pot of money to spend this summer either. That or, stay at Inter where expectations are lower for roughly the same salary...

Nah... I cant see Real or Barca splash that much cash for coach and I think their fucus will be offload expencive players and try to get one big player in or keep Messi?

For Tottenham after Mou I cant see Levy to splash that kind of money for Coach. So it leave only Man Utd and I dont see them make a coach change at this current time, but they have money if needed.

But I also think Conte is not that willing to go back to England and if I remember right it was difficult for him to be without his family?

First of all I don't see many free positions: Koeman, Tuchel, Pep, Klopp, Solskaer pretty sure, they will remain. Zidane also. Pochettino, the same. Bayern has already a new trainer.
The only teams probably looking for a coach are Tottenham and Arsenal. Tottenham will not pay so much for a new coach, after the experience with Mou. And Arsenal is momentan to weak. A bad year combining with his typical rages and his reputation takes a big hit. Again.
By far, the best position is Inter. His team, now everyone is kissing his ass (deserving). If we keep the core intact, we are in the best position for a repeat.

No teams with CL ambition should target Conte, let alone 15m.

His "just-enough" win approach and 3-5-2 just doesn't work in CL. In CL you need to go full-throttle and crush teams in a couple of matches. Not a surprise that Atalanta and Lazio did better than us.

Imo Inter is the best option Conte currently has.

-There's no indication Zidane is leaving Real and even if he does i can't see Real going for Conte. The last time they were interested their dressing room, and especially Sergio Ramos, had blocked Conte's hiring. I don't think the situation has changed since then.

-Barcelona only hire coaches who play a specific type of football and Conte doesn't make it to the list. Even if they decided to fire Koeman they would probably go for Xavi.

-Man Utd could be an option but they're having their best season under OGS and their management seems to believe in him. I can't see him getting fired in the summer.

- City, Chelsea and Liverpool aren't going to change their managers. So this leaves only Tottenham and Arsenal but what would be the point of going to either of them? Their squads need serious rebuild in order to be competitive and their owners aren't known to spend big.

- In Italy, he can't go back to Juventus as long as Agnelli is there. Instead it looks like they're going to bring back Allegri. It would make no sense for Conte to leave Inter for Milan, Roma or Napoli.

I think Conte is casting doubts over his future at Inter for two reasons:

1) He wants to see Suning's plans in the transfer market

2) He's trying to get a contract extension in his own terms

The more realistic scenario is Mancini seeks a return to club football after next year's World Cup and Conte goes back to the Azzurri after his contract expires here.

Certainly a far more realistic scenario than Conte going to EPL or La Liga in the summer.

I don't see why anyone with UCL ambitions would hire Conte. The track record speaks for itself.

Italy will pay more than Inter? Also Mancini going to quit before the World Cup makes little sense

We won't get shit done with Conte in Europe, but that's not the main problem. The main problem is we have no players to compete for UCL. I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Totally agree with this. No way he is leaving Inter now but he wants to pressure the management in terms of transfer market. He might also want to get longer contract to get more stability to develop the team.

Real Madrid and Barcelona will never be an option for Conte. It's for style and image issue.

He could return to England at some point, but no club at this point looks like an option. Only one that needs a coach is Tottenham, but they are behind Inter in terms of progress towards being a challenger.

Conte has to prove his European credentials at Inter, if he has any hope of managing top level clubs in the future.

I dont expect Conte to go back to Italy. Managing international is typically reserved for people who want to focus almost exclusively on international management (e.g. Southgate, Low, Deschamps), or people who have given up on club careers (look at Eriksen as an example). Mancini may or may not go back to club managing, but I dont want him at Inter either tbh.

I don't know about that. Look at Conte's first stint at Italy. He went there after a very successful period at Juventus. It was something he wanted to do and he returned to club coaching after Euro 2016. He has also admitted he would be open to an Italy return one day. As for Mancini, he has said he's leaving Italy after the world cup as he wants to return to club coaching.

We were talking about post 2022 when Conte's contract with Inter expires, not now.

well, I dont really want Mancini back, I think his typical strategy isnt what this club need right now, and I dont think many inter fans would be too keen to have him back.

If our financial stuff resolves itself the right way, Conte should get an extension.

Remember, if he takes the Italy job, he's likely to take a pay cut (Mancini makes like 3 mil a year net) - and changing jobs within Italy means losing the benefit of the growth decree I believe, whereas potentially staying at Inter doesnt.
