Players who don't want to lower wages when most people have had to. That is fine but you need to make 100 million someone has to go unless you some how magically get 60 million again with uniform/ticket sales + all deadwood. Magic situation that isn't happening.

Just as a reminder that very same mgm that is now struggling to save money and cut down costs signed freaking Kolarov to a 3 mio contract last september a time when we knew we re not gonna have fans in the stadium for most of the season.....
And i m 100% certain that we made more money this season than we budgeted cause no way did we budget us winning the league... MGM clearly fucked up or the zhangs willingness to spend has significantly decreased...

Also cutting Bonuses is not the same as cutting regular salaries and you know that whether thats 1% or 20% of your salary does not really matter.

The thought is probably why pay 7.5 million more for a miserable coach who may not get good results, when we can pay half that for a new coach who is really motivated, wants to win and happy to be here.

Sucks, but they are just trying to find the best way to get results next season I think.

I empathize with Conte to an extent on the finances and ambition bit. But if it turns out that he has been negotiating with any other club during this while, then fuck him.

We have to go all in for Allegri now. Anything else and we can bid bye to the coming season.

Also I don't mind selling Lukaku now. That alone can almost cover the financial aspect. Allegri is flexible enough to work out other tactics given the roster we have.

Yes cause last season we had fans in the stadium..
Again the point is that we knew at the beginning of this season that we re not gonna get stadium revenue so how come we re in this position now despite overarchiving and probably earning more money than budgeted due to us wining the league which was unexpected....
Either who ever does our financial planing is extremely incompetent or they just did not give a fuck about the financials in summer 2020 and we re kicking the can down the road and now we have the fucken problem.
Imho both those scenarios reflect poorly on mgm.....
Again if you knew we re gonna struggle financially in 20/21 why sign Kolarov even vidal and darmian to a lesser extent....

dude the scudetto prize money vs 2nd place is 4m euros. R16 would have been 9.5mil euros by itself, ignoring 2.7mil bonus for every group stage won.
