Agree with all of this. I dont think Conte's football (or investment) needs were sustainable in the long term. I feel Inzaghi probably is.

To be honest i think football has changed and most coaches stay 3-5 years maximum then, both the coach and the team need something different. There a rare occasions this is not true, but its rare that a coach stays for a long period like the old days.

I don’t think there’s really too much to back this theory up besides Conte’s Chelsea stint. However I think that dressing room was cancerous.
