He had made some strange decisions before like replacing Ancelotti with Gattuso but he totally lost it after Scudetto. He let Spalletti and Giuntoli go and brought Rudi Garcia and Mazzarri. Nothing tops that.

At least now he is bringing a good coach albeit with a difficult character. But De Laurentiis is also difficult to work with. There aren't many good coaches who would gladly go to Napoli.

At the end of the day Conte and De Laurentiis need each other.

I do think this will finish painful for napoli, mostly because of their clown owner, but I also think conte has to take a few steps backwards in terms of demands at some point. Just a few years ago everybody would have laughed picturing him and de laurentis working together, now it's reality and the main reason is he burned too many bridges.

I think he thought his will to win will always trump everything, and he would always be a desirable bride, but looking at clubs like bayern and chelsea and their recent appointments, it seems bigger clubs would rather get someone unproven but willing to shut up and work then some proven league winner but who rocks the boat constantly.

If Kvara also leave then Politano is gone as well as Conte don't need to use the 3-4-3.

200mln from Osimhen and Kvara transfer will be a very strong reorganization of the team, Conte always knows what players he needs he knows exactly what to do, Napoli will be a bigger threat than Juventus with Motta

They may get Kim back on loan as his place at Bayern is not secure. Think Kim is the type of player Conte would rate. They may also get Son for the money they get from Kvara sale.
