Today he was asked about playing with Lukaku, Lautaro and Alexis. Can you guess what he replied?
Conte's stubbornness will be our doom.

Conte:“We are already quite attacking, with wingers and midfielders going forward."

This year we don't look dangerous and we are rarely truly in control.

I'm ready for the game though with the same naivety. New day, new liver.

Exactly. We just overload with players, put as many bodies to the offensive zone as possible. It doesn't mean we play offensive, though it surely means we play like idiots. There's no balance because we don't play wisely usually. We keep giving opportunities for counters every single match and if opponent is not totally clueless, they use those opportunities for dangerous counters. We don't play in a way which would mitigate the damage of a giveaway, we go all in with our attacks and if a giveaway happens, we are not ready for them. We only react and sometimes it works, sometimes it won't and counters occur.

What we would need is more combination plays, more SMART attacking and movement so that we don't have to put so many bodies to the attacks to generate anything.

That's the most surprising thing for me this season--absence of those great fluid attacking moves from last year. I thought we had that locked and that we just needed quality. Now he just throws bodies at opponent's defense.

This lost season is on Zhang. Should have never continued with Conte. Was a fucking big big mistake.

The game against Sevilla made it amply clear that we have to move on.

Even Spalletti had a better CL season against better opponents with a thin squad.
Conte is truly building "something special" with this team.

Whose responsibility is it to create a balance? If he can't, then he should leave.

Absolutely should have walked this summer....hoping for a meltdown.....I would even take back spalo for the rest of the season rather than see this one dimensional delusional fool continue

There never was any "great fluid attacking moves" last year.

WTF does it take for management to fire this moron?

Are they waiting for us to be fighting for relegation?

I love how coaches always talk about how little time they and the team have been together. But after Mourinho no coach have really got better when the time passes. The first half of the first season is always the best and it is downhill after it.

this is why he split with chelsea, he milked the player in the first season and that was it...no coaching just motivating players and bad formation...

Anyone who thinks he'll be fired is deceiving themselves. We have no balls to fire this guy as the season was essentially over when we set top 4 as target.

Only mathematically. You would need to win the next two matches and Gladbach to lose against a Real who will have nothing to play for.
