De Vrij might be indeed too slow for EPL. Heck he might be even too slow for CL in few years. But if Inter is not ready to pay him enough and he doesn't mind changing a country, I can totally see us selling him. It's up to De Vrij to decide how much money he wants to make and will Marotta accepts his demand. I have an understanding he's very well at Milano.
