I wouldn't call his Spurs stint a failure at all. The man took over a midtable team in relegation form, whipped them into shape and got them into the CL places by the end of the season. Last season was a resounding success where he hit the ground running and exceeded expectations.

This season isn't even that bad -- Lloris has been horrible (not Conte's fault), they lack depth at CB, their only serviceable fullback was an aging Perisic until they signed Porro recently, they lack creativity in the midfield, their forwards were overworked and Son suddenly turned into shit after having his career season. Despite all this, they're within sniffing distance from CL places, and it's not like 5th is a bad result for Tottenham. They're probably going to dismantle Milan and make the CL QFs, which only happened three times in Tottenham's entire history (in 1962, 2011 and 2019).

Everyone knew he was about results and not beautiful football. He's been getting said results and he might even win them a cup this year which was supposedly Spurs' most important goal.

Was outcoached tonight. It'll be hilariously embarrassing if he goes out against this Milan side. Bear in mind Maignan, Tomori and Bennacer were missing as well.

This is an embarassing night and this is not even his lowest point. I still feel pain when I remember he failed to qualify from a group with Moenchengladbach and Donetsk with our hundred millions assembled squad.

Conte has become a sad quiet apologetic loser imo. There's no sight of a hungry winner anymore when he got Lukaku and dominated Serie A with us. His career is on downward spiral and there won't be a big line of clubs willing to overpay for this shit football and drama he offers.

Tottenham Centre midfield have started a combined 3 games between them since May and they were missing lloris as well.

However, its clear he doesn't give a fuck. He's just waiting for this season to be over. Terrible choice to go there, terrible spell.

He'll not be able to demand his bat shit crazy wages after this. Interesting to see where he ends up after this. This spell has fucked him getting a role in top European clubs, will be back to juve, milan maybe, Roma or looks like he wants the Italy job again

I agree that he looks like he doesn't care and Tottenham look like they're counting the days.

Again, I wouldn't call his spell terrible at all. He was successful last season and at worst he's slightly under expectations this season.

He'll come back to Juve at some point.

Not as bad as going out against Mancini's Galatasaray who didn't even win the Turkish league.
Idk man read the post above you 😆😆
Terrible reading comprehension. Still quite the smart decision to know your place and not quote me directly.

Yeah, to many "parts" moving around and their status: CL spot, Skriniar, Brozovic, Lukaku, Correa, Gags, Handa replacements, then make up some more monies between 50-60M probably. Then pay off Inzaghi's salary, hire a new coach ....yada yada.

No chance. Even if Juve decide to stick with Allegri, still no chance. There are so many reasons this is unrealistic. I will just mention 3:

1) Inter can't afford Conte's salary
2) Inter have no money to spend while they also have to make big sales every summer which was the main reason Conte left Inter in the first place.
3) Relationship between Conte and Marotta has been pretty bad ever since the former left Inter. Conte felt betrayed as he was expecting Marotta to follow him on his way out while Marotta chose to stay.

I'd take him back, but I'd also take Stellini... Theres not many coaches I wouldn't switch for Inzaghi.
