Calciomercato report details of Vidal contract that are different than what media had reported till now. They claim he has signed a three-year contract, instead of 2-year plus an option for a third, with Inter having a clause to terminate the contract in 2022 for 4m. His wage structure is as follows:

20/21: 3m
21/22: 8.5m
22/23: 9.5m

That's some amazingly poor contract. What the fuck...

They indeed reported that it was in Inter's balance sheet that it's 3 year deal.

So we can save 5.5m€ net by paying him 4m€. They also said Sanchez has similar buyout-clause.

I truly hope we can find clubs who are interested in these guys so we could possibly lower the buyout sums a bit.

Dude decides to get senjured every once in a while after playing well. Ideally he plays for Barella next game.

I think he was in a flu so couldn't take part yesterday's match.

Surely we don't sell him to Conte in January. He's going to be vital in the run up to scudetto 20 not to mention CL tie..

He did fine today considering how sloppy both teams were. Made some decent tackles and blocks that were important today. Applauding the crowd was nice. He has my permission to party hardy safely over the holidays. Inter has a crucial January and February coming up and he maybe vital to that success.

Past his prime. But still leagues ahead of Vecino. Like Ethor said, his blocks today were crucial. Fingers crossed he'll be fit for the entire Jan/Feb so Calha-Brozo-Barella can take turn to rest for 15-20 mins each game if needed.

That's insane. If it were the other way round I would maybe accept it but it's ridiculous. I wonder if his contract was initially a 2 year deal but was then renegotiated to lower his wage during 2020, thinking we'd be out of this COVID nightmare by 21/22. Otherwise, insane.

He is useless as a starter, only can bring some energy coming out around 60th minute.

Yeah, we need to get reinforcement midfielder in January window. Let's hope Vecino can find a team for himself.

It's true that he looked very exhausted around 70 min, but useless as starter? Common, the dude made a couple of nice tackles, and have some good blocked shots. If he is useless, I don't even know what Vecino and 5G should be?

Vecino and 5G are not good enough to be bench warmers.
I mean, if we want to be CL contenders. If our goal is 1/8's then Ok.
