We were a bit lucky in the first game and I hope this won't turn against us. Let's beat them again

Winning this would be a statement. But honestly I have smaller hopes now considering we have been playing really underwhelming in the games that were supposed to mean everything @Juve, @Napoli etc.

So I just want to see the first 30mins and create the expectation from that.

The h2h is amazing to us, but this will be a difficult suffering.

Forza Inter!

We were fortunate in the first match for sure. The own goal Thuram scored was a fluke and Barella's golazo was insane. Atalanta were also missing half their defense.

In the Supercoppa Gasperini rolled out a reserve side, so I won't read too much into that.

Still, our record against Gasperini under Inzaghi is fantastic. We should be confident.

Lose this game and we could slip to 3rd place depending on what happens in Venice.

I'm quite likely reading too much into this but going into the int'l break in first place feels like it could be a psychological boost. We know it's a race to the finish line once the break ends, but in many ways that sprint begins with this game. I'd like to say I'm confident, but I've generally tried to retain confidence of late only to be let down routinely, so I'll just go with hopeful instead of confident and see where that leaves us. Hopefully Radu can have another great game for Venezia before this like he recently had in Bergamo...it would be the funniest thing if Radu's greatest redemption from 2022 (I know, I know, it's not all his fault) is having taken points from Atalanta and Napoli when they were in a Scudetto race against us after he left Inter.

This match is the biggest obstacle out of these remaining league matches. There's won't be any easy matches until the end, but by winning this one, we would make a giant step towards Scudetto. Hopefully our boys are fired up for this one, as we haven't consumed too much energy in last UCL match.

i would say from this fixture it's a sprint till the end of the season. i dont mind another ugly win. 3 points is all that matters.

This is a 6 point game and if we win, maybe we are allowed to draw against Bologna away before the Bayern game. I don't understand why people are crying. We have Cagliari Bologna and Parma before and after the 2 Bayern games. Roma and Coppa will come later. But the hardest month and generelly the hardest part is already done. In february we had 2 times Fiorentina, Juve, Milan, Coppa vs Lazio, and Napoli. There is no comparison honestly. Somehow we were lucky because Napoli and Atalanta were losing points too. But they had an easiier schedule and no cups, so it's not bad at all what we did. Juve also had the chance, but at the end they failled after they already lost Coppa and CL. Milan is fcking 9.th. So guess we are doing good, considering we are still in CL and Cup, and had a lot of difficult games. Not to forget the injuries. I think we have a good oppurtinity now, just don't lose against Atalanta. I hope everyone will be back soon (especially Dimarco), Thuram and Cahla are slowly coming back from the injury.

I can see us win 4-2.
They are good but we are Inter . Get Lookman locked , pocket Retegui and we have this. They are not excellent in defense and can cramble when pressed.
Forza Inter!

It's basically 5 days from Feyenoord to this one. With minimal travelling (Bergamo is 45 minutes from Milano). Let's get this done to have some peace during the international "break".

They are like us against Juventus. Regardless of previous results, they always shit against us and lose the game..
I expect nothing but WIN.
