I've been inactive for a long while. But now I'm planning to come back. I changed avatar but now it suddenly dissapeared. I also can't find the option to change avatar anymore in User CP.

Am I that blind, or is there some kind of mistake here? I should have the avatar of Acquafresca.

I have no idea, honestly.

You mean you have no option of "Edit Avatar" on the left side of the User CP? This problem never occurs to anyone else in the history of the forum.

(If you still can't find the edit avatar function, please give me a screenshot at how your User CP looks like)

OK, I'm trying here. Click on "Edit Options" and make sure you tick these options:



Visible Post Elements
You have the option to show or hide various elements of messages, which may be of use to users on slow internet connections, or who want to remove extraneous clutter from posts.
Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in code)[/U]



Edit: Nevermind all that.

Turns out there was something strange about your member settings back in the admin panel. Your "Keep Custom Avatar" and "Keep Custom Profile Pic" option was not ticked. I don't know what happened really, as I've said, this never happened to anyone before. Can you see the "Edit avatar" option now?

Thanks. Now my avatar is back.

I still don't see it in the options panel (also not after pressing F5), but this isn't needed, because I will keep this avatar.

you can just some moving gifs are to high in file where many people have dial up so it takes ages for them to load the forum up

Uh sort of a related issue, but I can't change my avatar. I was inactive for awhile and when I came back I tried to change my avatar and it stayed the same... So I tried deleting my current avatar and displaying nothing, but it still comes up with this Maxwell avatar?

I still can't change it. It was also after I was inactive for a while.

But for me 'change avatar' is totally gone in the User CP. It doesn't excist. Only I am lucky to have a future star as avatar, and you have Maxwell :dielaugh:

Why wont my animated avatar work?

I can't get my gif to work properly as an avatar on this board, any suggestion why that is?

After you click on the 'Edit Avatar' link, you have to put avatar's direct url/link or upload it through your pc.

Just scroll up, over the pre-defined avatars.

Well that's what I thought but correct me if am wrong, I think this is missing in my cp

Ohhhh

Yes you're part of different usergroup than those regular Primavera/Nerazzuri usergroups.. however someone of admins will fix it soon.
