Please understand guys that moderating the forum is something that myself and the other moderators do out of love for the forum. We are not compensated and we all have full time jobs, lives, families, etc. In many of these situations we are just doing our best to maintain civility in the forum and we do not have time to read through “insert forum member” last 50 posts to see when they said something a week ago that insulted you. The report function is there for a reason and we will continue to do our best to address situations as they arise.

At a certain point it becomes difficult to discern who is “at fault” in an argument and if we’re being honest usually there are faults on both sides. Nobody is perfect, myself included, however at a certain point consistent arguing is just a detriment to the forum.

With everything going on in the world be thankful if your problems include an argument on a football forum.

I left for a bit last year because I didn't like the narrative but realised I can't control what others think (rightfully so), and have decided a lot of the time to just leave conversations if it's going badly. It's not worth the time or agro on an Internet forum.

I like both members that were banned so I'll not comment on that, but yeah, the nods aren't police who are here 24/7, it's a tough one, but they do their best and are appreciated.
