@Dave54 is banned for one week. I really don't know what happened, but he went off the deep end this weekend. I'm hoping a cool down session is enough to right the ship.

The particular offense he is banned for is bringing up politics in an attempt to attack forum members. While he has received infractions before, this is his first ban. Any subsequent bans will be lengthier.

lol, didnt even know _OC_ got banned, i rarely visit this thread.
but if my user would get banned, i would just visit the forum as a visitor or register a new user.
i'm sure banned users do this.

Speaking for myself, if I'd done something that would get me banned from a forum with as hands-off moderation as this one, I'd probably take a look at myself and most likely realise that I need some time off from the internet.
