Kondogbia did not cost us 45m.

According to transfermarkt.com he cost us 36m in total and was sold to Valencia for 22m. The loss was not really big.

Except Bayern are not a well managed club at the moment at all.

They keep insisting on playing a player they don't rate out of position despite the player's made clear he's had enough of this for over a year now. Then they surprised pikachu face when the player finally is fed up and goes on strike. That's not a good decision at all, they should have started looking a good RB since last year, sold Pavard and used all the proceeds to fund their RB purchase. That way, they would have had a RB who'd fit their tactics better and for cheaper as well (as compared to losing Pavard for free and having to pay the full price of their new RB out of their pocket next year). Or at least just keep Stanisic.

Pavard is just another of the countless problems Bayern've had this window, most of them come from disagreements with Tuchel.

Hasn't it always been known that this is the case though? Even when Bayern accepted Inter's offer, it was always with the understanding they need to find a replacement. They find a replacement, they sell Pavard. They don't find a replacement, Pavard stays.

Relationship between Pavard and Bayern is completely broken at this point. Their media and people around are just trying to hide the whole situation which is already too obvious to be hidden. I'm quite optimistic this will happen in the end, maybe Bayern is economically good enough to even let him go for free after his contract expires but that makes zero sense, since he's publicly shown his huge desire to leave and join Inter instead NOW.

They might even suspend him, but what's the point of keeping a player whom doesn't want to remain in your club meanwhile you have a 30m+ offer at the table. I'm not gonna fool myself with this whole "replacement" bullshit, because Bayern can acquire another quality defender in no time, whether it's from Bundesliga or elsewhere.

You may say that it's not that easy at this point, but I'll say, maybe it is for Bayern. Might be complicated for Inter because of various reasons but Bayern is one of the biggest clubs out there and they have incredible power in that league.
