Whether wrong or right atleast they defend their club and players.
WTF are our cowards in this...
I don't really get this. Like I don't get this at all.

One thing comes to my mind. Marotta isn't interested "rocking the boat" as he's looking for association related gigs next.

Which makes this all more worse. Pure speculation of course, but I simply cannot understand why do we not do appeals.

We are truly crawling back to banter era, obviously. I love Motta as a player but Motta the manager?!? A new Gasperini if he fortunately reaches his peak.

Inter is not the place for coach to grow ffs. We have neither patience nor resource. While he is "learning" and losing a couple of matches then we sack him but still paying THREE coaches at the same time. Then wonder where all the resources go...

We need instant impact! One with experience of winning something. Else better to stick with Inzaghi. Inter still suck in Serie A yes but we dont go bankrupt.

There is no instant impact! Not with this team in this shape!
We need a new model! Stretching this agony with the hope a new sugar daddy on white horse will arrive? This is just madness!
We have all the time we need, with or without CL.

Where do I say sugardaddy? Instant impact means top4 guarantee. Someone like Spalletti post banter era or someone who used to win a long enough streak like Mourinho. Not a newbie from Bologna whose target is avoid defeats and escape relegation.

New model does not mean a young coach. Tell me what has Motta achieved more than Lazio's Inzaghi to be worth a change? NOTHING. So you are most likely walking around Zamperini-esque cursed cycling for changing coach only for the sake of something new. We have all the time we need... lol, sure, as much time as De Boer to develop his youngster?

We need top4 to make money. No youth project is done without money in this modern era. No, we have no margin for error my friend. One season of failure is enough to lose the whole squad.

What you say is what Inter is doing now!
For fear of missing CL, we bring "old, proven" players beyond their peak on high salaries. We don`t give minutes to young players (inexperience and tend to make mistakes which is fucking normal). We bleeding the good players we still have because we need money and no one comes from behind. Look at our payroll!
This model has no ceiling, is a waiting disaster. It`s a continuous slippery until the inevitable.

Solution!
Let go all the old farts who expire (Dambo, Acrebi, de Vrij, Handa, Gags, Lukaku, Dzeko). That`s something like 50m in gross salaries. Sell Lautaro, Brozo and Dumfries! The payroll will be slashed even further. Bring back the loaned players (Pirola, Mullatieri, Sensi etc). Transfer a few young guys (Buchanan, argentinian kid, kid from Empoli) and start over. I would do this in a heartbeat even if next year we will be 12th place in Serie A. The only big problem is, that I don`t believe in our scouting department.

"The young players make mistakes that's why we don't play them" is nothing more than a shit excuse, considering how many mistakes our "old and proven" players make every match.

I am writing against young coach, you bring old players as your arguments?!?

What's the point of comparing apples and oranges?

There should be a mix, some old players + young ones. You cannot put only young players and expect them to deliver.

He listed almost of all experienced players and suggested to replace them with young. It was my assumption based of what he had written.

It is correct. I didn`t say it explicitly, but this would be the assumption.

Look, with or without CL, I don`t believe in our "model". Signing free agents grandpas. It`s a slippery slope. Sooner or later the inevitable will happen (missing CL). We still have the second payroll in Serie A over 100m salaries per year. Without taking into account the amortisation. We are bleeding money every year and have a mountain of debt.
We need to start scouting and develop players. Buchanan is a good example. I don't know who the fuck he is, I never saw him play, but from what I read he is the type of player we should look for. And if we buy such players, we need to give them chances, without but of if. If he will receive Asllani treatment, better not buy him.

Apparently our entire club has given up on fourth place in pursuit of a desire to get whipped by Real in the UCL final.
