By the time we play, the game will be irrelevant.
Quite the contrary, given how inconsistent everyone is this season, it can be season decisive.
The Sporting Judge rejected Inter’s demand in February, but the Nerazzurri are not giving up and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport they will lodge a new appeal to CONI. The deadline date is Wednesday and the two legal teams will have one month to study all the documents meaning that the Dall’Ara match won’t be played before April 27.

The Serie A campaign ends on May 22 and the match may be played close to the end of the season. It is expected to be a pivotal meeting in the race for the title

I think this is a strategy by Inter: on paper it will mean the points gap to first is larger than it actually is and this will weigh down on the players, forcing them to perform. Conversely, this could provide a false sense of security for Milan and Napoli. Plus, nobody wanted to play this game now, when the team is clearly out of form.

The Lega Serie A has finally announced the dates for six outstanding games cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreaks, including Bologna–Inter.

The matches were postponed following a number of positive tests within the squad, which prompted the local health authorities to intervene. Following a series of appeals and court cases, they have now been scheduled.

The most important is Bologna-Inter, which could have repercussions on the Scudetto race, and has now been earmarked for Wednesday April 27.

Udinese–Salernitana will be played on Wednesday April 20.

Fiorentina-Udinese has been set for Wednesday April 27 along with Bologna-Inter and Salernitana-Venezia.

Atlanta-Torino is provisionally set for Wednesday May 11, but that might change if La Dea make it to the Europa League semi-finals.

They are the only remaining Italian club in Europe, so Atalanta’s calendar is still up in the air.

These are the dates of the matches, but the Lega Serie A has not yet confirmed kick-off times.

I know it wont happen but I would love if they give us 3 0 cause then we'll be plus 7 ahead of rube and we could fuck up two or even three draw games and they couldnt catch us,that would be definitely end of their scudetto hopes and their fans would be so pissed, would love to see that, it would be epic level of yammering and whining.

Because it's the right thing to do. Other teams got a win like that, so why wouldn't we?

We actually went out on the pitch that day, traveled, prepared for the match properly, and i think Bologna had the squad list prepared, but they chose not to play.

What the fuck is that, seriously, and why should we bother and play it now. Just give us the rightful 3 points and fuck off.

who got a win like that and why would that make it any different? the only fair thing is to have all the clubs play all the games unless if it's impossible to do so until june.

not playing would tarnish this for me

If you don't follow the proper procedures you face the consequences. Same situation like using an unregistered player.

If bologna as alleged didn't follow the procedures and didn't inform lega and then submitted a starting lineup even thought they had no intention of showing that's on them.

So is that the official story of what happened? Because if I understand correctly they submitted the squad one day before the game, but they were barred from leaving their homes because of a covid outbreak. When did they knew they got infected? In any case it's a total shitshow, but still it feels wrong to not play the game. It's stressful for our players for sure not knowing what will happen

That's what the various press reports are saying.
They definitely released a starting lineup as it was on their Twitter same time inter released their lineup for the game.

It's Wednesday evening, and we still know nothing. This is slow even for Italy.
