It will be postponed. The legal precdence was set last season in Napoli-Juve, where Serie A doesnt overrule the law. If a heaalth authority bans a team from travelling, then the game is de facato postponed. If a team choose not to show up desspite being able to field 14 people (including primaavera), then I guess it'll be a forfeit.

I'm not sure how I feel about the latter yet. I think I ddisagree with it, I think they should be able to forfeit if there are that many aabsences with Covid. The Premiership has been quite sensible asa far as I can see for this, quite a few games have been postponed din the lsat couple of weeks.

They banned Napoli from leaving Naples/entering Turin right? They didn't exactly ban the event.

They banned the travelling and movement of Napoli as I understand it (but could be wrong) they basically put them into quarantine.

If Bologna as a team are put into quarantine the game will not go ahead either

This one is slightly different as both teams are in Bologna already. So will have to see if TAS comes to the same conclusion as gobbi vs napoli.

So I'm not at all familiar with the Italian laws here, but I assume there are two components:

1 - Is travelling allowed between certain regions, e.g. if one is declared a Covid hotspot, you cant leave or enter it
2 - Are certain people in isolation?

If Bologna (team) have been placed under a mandatory quarantine, then the game should be postponed as they cannot legally play it. If its just the travel ban, then yeah, I see what you mean about us being there already - but then we might not be able to leave for 10 days or whatever. lmao
