Ruled out for offside. They are going to check the VAR here I guess.1-0 TOROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Amazing overhead kick by Lautaro
The italian press is repeating that since Lega Serie A didn't postponed the match, the game should have been disputed so this is a 0-3 for us.Do you guys think there is any chance that they will NOT replay this and we will just be awarded the 3-0 permanently?
Last post says amazing overhead kick by Toro.. should have gave it awayIs this game actually playing ?
Hakan was suspended for the next match, which was Bologna. Bologna did not show up, so will get 0-3 as result (at least for now, until they appeal). So, can Hakan play vs Lazio this weekend?
noIs this game actually playing ?
exactly. The italian press is repeating that since Lega Serie A didn't postponed the match, the game should have been disputed so this is a 0-3 for us.
But it is the same situation of Juve-Napoli of the past year, where ASL stopped Napoli from going to Torino despite the Lega requesting them to play.
In the end the match was postponed and we all know the mess it caused.
Same here, we will see in the next days what will be decided, but a different ending for the same situation would be embarrassing for this joke of a League.
Also Marotta just stated that a new peotocol would be discussed soon to uniform all these different interpretations.
Nice bro, impressive.I`ve graduated law school along with computer science.
“Everyone’s target is to protect everyone’s health,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia before Bologna-Inter, one of the Serie A games that won’t be played today.
“Lega Serie A has approved a new protocol and there will be an official statement soon. The situation is chaotic. Games have been postponed by local health authorities (ASL) who decided independently.
“Teams like Verona are allowed to play despite having ten players positive for COVID, while other teams with fewer cases don’t play. Clarity is missing.
“The situation changes from province to province and from region to region and it’s all confusing.”
Inter players are warming up at the Stadio Dall’Ara for a game that won’t be played.
“Bologna were ready to play and they suffered the situation from ASL which have taken this decision to protect everyone’s health, but clarity is missing,” Marotta continued.
“I would limit the ASL’s competence otherwise, we’ll always face similar situations in the future. It’s something that the Minister of Health must cope with along with our institutions.
“I hope the vaccine will become mandatory to lower the risks and similar situations in the future. Doctors say that with the booster, we can avoid serious damage from COVID.
“It should be mandatory for sportsmen because it would limit the risks of damage as well as quarantine periods.”
Could have Lega Serie A acted more quickly rather than waiting for all this chaos to unfold?
“Of course, we must be self-critical, but the fourth wave was quick. This situation has surprised us, not only the world of football but also the civil society. Cases have raised suddenly.”
First available mid-week slot is the 8/9th Feb, right after the international break, inbetween Milan and Napoli, and right before the first Liverpool leg
Between the fact that Marotta would never let this happen, and the Italian justice system working slower than me on Mondays, there's hopefully no way this gets sorted within a month.
Inbetween Genoa and Salernitana towards the end of Feb might work nicely.
