I think he shoul've just hit it over gk, not try to round. It was easy chance, but atleast he scored. I think he could be Brazil's top scorer next to Ronaldo if he had got a chance to play vs. Japan.

But the working hard, it seems like a tactic for Brazil. When Ronaldo - Adri plays, Adri works back a lot, but when in the first game, Ronaldo was bought out for Robinho, it was Adri upfront and Robinho working back hard.

Though, Ronaldo doesen't work hard, but in the end, he still grabs lots of goals. When Adriano would have his finishing then Adri would be god... unfortunately he doesen't have it.

Frisko, your telling me Ronaldo never got involved in midfield and took on defenders and created pieces of magic? No way was Ronaldo ever like this. Ronaldo was the type of player that always had the ball and can always be seen on the pitch.

Oh yeah I'm surely not disputing the fact that Adriano works harder, but he's a striker, we know what his main job is.
Yes, but what's the point in staying up? That's the domain of Ronaldo's, anyhow.

Adriano is fitter than Ronaldo, and thus moves around the pitch more than the latter.

Ciao,
Tim

Adriano is more and more worst!.. Incrible as he didn't get play well...

Fatboy (Ronaldo) is playing very well, besides surprising me with the one that comes playing.

VAMOS BRASIL! FORZA BRASIL! JUST 3 GAMES FOR 6TH TITLE!

By the way, does anyone know what happened to Ghana's coach? He didn't come out for the second half.

He was sent to the stands because of arguing with L. Michal about Adriano's offside goal.. :D

Nothing special by Brazil again, they seem to win with ease..You can call him fatboy or whatever you like, but Ronaldo is a legend.. :star:
Adriano disappointing once again..

Not that disappointing but not the real stuff, somehow I think he really needs a summer vacation for him to go back to 2004-2005 form

Ronaldo is simply unfit here. We aren't even talking about his moves with the ball on his feet.

He doesn't even attempt to roam around the pitch because his spoot on the starting eleven is assured by Nike and co. It's disgusting that such a sloppy, morally low type of player is the WC's all-time top scorer.

Yuck.

Ghana definitively played aggressive and had great chances to put away at least two goals. But denied by Dida so many times, Ghana seemed to of lost hope.

In my opinion, Ghana deserved to win, they were THE MOSTIMPRESSIVE team of the competition. I really wouldve liked to see them advance instead of Brazil. thats just too bad.

BTW great goal by fatboy to become top scorer in the WC.

Javier Zanetti,
The World Cup is yet to start for Brazil. The REAL World Cup starts for them against France.

If I was Brazilian, or WORSE a Brazilian Band Wagon Hopper I wouldn't be proud by beating teams like Japan and Ghana.........

Of course than I'm not satisfied with only victorys agains Ghana and Japan.. As you said, The Real WC starts for us against France and will be a game very hard. But, I hope and support that Brasil win and show a beautiful football that all of us waited.
