Another win, not so convincing but still a win. We cleared 2/7 and that's what is important.
The bitches from Turin next

Not the best display but I believe it was a deserved win - we had enough chances and should have finished that game earlier than the stoppage time.

I feel bad for Arnautovic. That miss will definitely crush him. If we could somehow offload him in January, that would be the best solution for both sides.

Barella is simply not a regista (yet) but I doubt Inzaghi is gonna make some experiments on Sunday against Gobbi. Even if he has Asllani on disposal, I don't believe he will start him.

“It was a difficult match against a decent team and the atmosphere from their fans was incredible tonight,” Thuram told Amazon Prime Italia.

“We’re pleased with the victory. Goals are always important, even more so if they help the team to win. I am very happy.”

When Thuram wheeled away towards the Inter supporters, the France international made the same ‘shrugging’ motion that Dimarco often uses for his goal celebration. Was that a tribute for the assist?
“Our fans were cheering us on, I heard them and we gave them the victory, so I felt like doing that celebration.”

Barella: ‘Inter attitude is how you win titles’
“It was an open game and we should’ve done better at the start, where we didn’t take our chances and they took courage from that,” Barella told Amazon Prime Italia and Sky Sport Italia.

“We tried to control it a bit too much at the start, so must learn that there are no easy games in the Champions League. When you think you’re comfortable, that’s when the match can get complicated and then it’s difficult to get it back on track.”

Does the fact that three substitutes combined to create the goal mean that Inter’s squad rotation had been a mistake at this level?
The attitude of those who came off the bench was fantastic and this is how you win Cups and League titles,” insisted Barella.

“We really showed our character by fighting to the end for all three points. Getting the win was a confidence-booster.”
Yes, of those who came off the bench.

Taremi and Arnautovic were the penalty takers in the absence of Calhanoglu,” explained Inzaghi.
Taremi from now on pls
Either of them could’ve taken it today, he’s a very reliable player from the spot, but the goalkeeper made a great save. He mustn’t worry, he needs to keep working and being important for us.”
What a bunch of crap. You need to be very clear and specific with the order!

How did YB’s Hadjam (LB) fare on the night? He’s a young fullback I like

Looking at the stats, how did we manage to allow them 20 attempts? Honestly that's worse than a missed penalty.

But yeah. Playing like this were not just losing Hakan but Barella as well.

Play Zielinski, Frattesi, Bastoni or whomever as regista. Just move Barella forward

Or simply play without a regista when you have no one available. Sadly Inzaghi is too stubborn with 3-5-2 to make adjustments.

Fuck Arna and his crying and hissy face on the bench every time he'll put 4/10 performances. This is Inter. Leao is the same weak mentality 25 year old baby boy on the other side of town that needs constant cuddling.

Enjoy your last year with Inter hopefully with some more trophies on your resume , but we have to move on and get a striker that is fearless.

Arna has a boy mentality, this guy fucked up his last chance to do something big in a big club. Lets hope some team will take him on January.

The level we played was on De Boer's Inter in Europa League 2016/2017. This is who we are without a real regista, we were on the brink of drawing the 10th team (out of 12) in the Swiss league and 35th in the CL.

Getting rid of Brozo to get Frattesi looks worse as time goes by. Frattesi has a good sense for a goal and assist, but everything else he does is mediocre. He should improve his decision making for a start. Dumfries offered nothing on the right side as well both in attack and defense. He's something of a wingback Frattesi, excels at nothing but has the odd goal and assist in him.

I watched De Boers Europa League live and god no, last night was nowhere near that debacle! Well ok, the game at Southampton which was a few days after he was sacked but still.
Frattesi is a relatively limited player but he offers pressing/intensity and goals which is what modern midfielders must possess. A great squad player and option from the bench, no?
I wish Brozo had stayed tho yeh.

Don't have one.

If brozo stayed, given his overall mentality he would have continued with decline imo, and we would just have one more older player with huge salary. Bigger problem here is we trusted asllani. Rather than looking at it like we shouldn't have got fratessi I think it's better to look at it as we should have found someone better than asllani. He is currently injured, but nobody speaks about this mofo as someone who can at least done a decent job replacing hakan, not even his biggest dick riders here. Everybody is like hakan is injured, we are fucked. There for me lies the biggest problem.

50% Brozo is still better than Asslani.
