Cannavaro to Juve, Thuram to Inter?!

I was talking about Canna as a human being and not a footballer now. ;) Seen interviews with him? Seems as a great guy to me. Always smiling and joking. These sorts of characteristics is an integral part of a team as well.

But you seem to hate him completely, so.

Why do u hate him that much Marco...does it hurt u that we find him to be a good guy??!!
His attitude and his interviews never indicated he was arrogant or hated Inter,he never also made any disruptions to the club...He wouldnt complain if he was benched nor did he complain about his injury,on the contrary he said he wanted to put that first season behind him and work to improve and show the Inter fans his worth....and in my eyes he has been getting better and better in a team that was underperforming, that being despite having the injury.

If it's okay for an inter player to play unfit - while he can have the surgery but refuses for personal glory - causing us to concede goals then i can't argue further with a person of that opinion. Why bother then about victories and scudettos? Let's have a club with patirotic heros because we get points for that.

Finally, just like in the Vieri case, i don't know why criticizing a player necessarily means hating him. I neither hate Vieri neither Cannavaro and i think they are great guys but i don't think they are committed inter players.

We have to be less naive and accept the fact that not all of our players need to be Interisti. They are professionals and this is their job. In a way, they have some mercenary spirit in themsleves too.

Ferrari ? that guy is really over-rated ...
his number of own-goals is higher than the number of his tackles per match :D .

I'd sell Canna only if we get more than 20 million euro and buy Carvalho and Kompany with it .

coz there aren't that many good Italian defenders except Canna Nesta and Matrix

Roma had the best defense in the Serie A this season while both central defenders are foreigners(Samuel and Chivu)

I dont hate him guys.. Btw i was one of the happiest inter fans to see him coming. And about Bobo.. he is a hero for me and ill never hate him. But i did critisize him this much this year.

You people here are talking about interviers, let me tell u something.. Helveg is just one of the bets to do interviews.. Does this make him one of the greatest guy alive..!
Ive seen countless players making amazing interviews but rather nothing on the pitch..

Anyways i dont know why you guys still sticking to Canna...
Well ill just wait and see what will happen.

Actually I am not supporting Cannavaro's interviews and saying that he is good coz of the way he gives interviews. :)

as u said, even helveg's interviews are not bad :D

but what i didn't agree with u was that cannavaro desire to play in EURO 2004 instead of going for rehabilation for the good of next season.

I don't think there are any players who would want to miss big tournaments like World Cup and EURO even in canna's case ...

If you're part of the best defence in the world, would you ever want to miss the Euro 2004? I don't think Canna even considered missing the tournament.Maybe his lacklustre performances for Inter was because he didn't want to get injured for this tournament... :)

It is a possibility that Cannavaro was "saving" himself, but really do you think he was conserving his energy for EURO 2004 as our squad was getting pummeled by shoddy sides in the BLACK JANUARY?

I truly doubt that Cannavaro would purposely not put out extra effort, or restrain from defending or tackeling some people just so that he can be ready for the Euros. Cannavaro, the Italian captain, doesn' seem like that sort of person. I mean seriously? Sure the Euros are important, but playing for the club is also important and I think Cannavaro didn't play well due to his injuries, not because a lack of effort.
