Wow this is becoming a comedy thread. Praying to get Tevez to Inter? Come on, our lives don't depend on him. He can be great with us, but we all know he's a pain in the butt and a huge risk to take.

SE SALTELLI....
Well..... Beggars cannot be choosy. But at this point in time, I think even a flight risk like tevez will be greatly appreciated.

Tevez will be our new Ibra if he really come to Inter, give the ball to him and let him do the rest. Just ask Man city fans or Mancini

Tevez is the closest good player to us, I mean is there any other players? plus there are less than 6 days till the mercato ends, I'd rather take him than taking no one..

completely agree with you. Plus if Milito plays like he played 2 seasons ago, then we don't need Tevez. I have big faith nel Principe!

I think bringing Tevez here would have a type of symbolic value, besides the almost certain quality he brings on the pitch.
Bringing Tevez would mean that we are still aiming for some performance.
It would also mean Moratti hasn't given up on Inter, and is still willing to make some sacrifices in order for us to remain competitive.

I know that there are some off-pitch risks with him, but I believe they have been vastly exaggerated.
In our current situation, i would risk everything to land a player of his quality here.

So Moratti has given up on Inter? He's going to let us drown into Serie B right? He has a plan, and he's going by it, whether we like it or not.

Ignorant pricks.
Says the one who actually believes that Moratti's actions over the past 2 summers were in accordance with some sort of elaborate plan, which is designed to bring us success..

If I'm not mistaken, You were the one who quoted only a part of my post, taking it slightly out of context and issuing a very concise reply that leaves little room for discussion.
Perhaps calling others ignorant pricks is a bit too much!

As for the matter about Moratti, even someone unfamiliar with Inter can notice that something has changed in his attitude towards the club since we won the treble. The reasons for that are debatable.

I will talk a little about facts , and not words.

1) It is a fact IMO that our lack of spending last summer has brought us in the position where we had to make miracles to challenge for the title, which has eventually eluded us.
If we would've reinforced the team in that summer, instead of weakening it, our chances would have been surely much higher.

2)It is also a fact that today, the 26th august 2011, the Inter squad is, quality-wise, miles away from our competition in Europe.
Again, until today we have only weakened the squad, while the reinforcements are either players for the future or players of questionable quality.
We can discuss until next year the reasons behind this, the long-term strategies, if they exist, and so on, but THE FACTS remain valid.

I wonder if it is someone, at least one person on this board, who says that he is content with our current squad and quality as of today.
If so, I would really like to hear his opinion, because it seems that, at least in the eyes of the press, the management is quite happy with our squad so far. Perhaps there is something I do not understand....

I want Carlito Tevez here, because signing such a quality player would mean that Moratti hasn't given up on making the necessary financial sacrifices for this team to be competitive. That is what I ment through my post, perhaps I have explained it clearer now.
