Our defenders have played great 99% of the time this season. Only exceptions were the the occasional brainfarts by Pavard and Bisseck.

You always need a rotational multiple roles player who accepts the bench role and is ready to bleed whenever he is called up. Good job by Augusto and also our mercato team to discover this gem.

He obviously isn’t Dimarco technically. However, he’s got a ton of grinta. Is still strong enough technically and is a smart player. He’s not even in his prime yet. Great pick up from management.

His performance last night was just a confirmation of my view it was a great loss not to have him available against Atletico last year. He isn't flashy but his contribution shouldn't be underestimated. He's a great backup to Dimarco.
