He had a very good spell with Juve and apart from being injured a lot he has stepped up many times for Inter...

We are not talking just about this season... His whole stay at Inter has been injury stricken no doubt but he has shown bursts of form in the first two seasons definitely.

I don't even know why i'm defending him. I'm not a big fan of his but i do acknowledge his small contribution as an inter player.

Zanetti gone from midfield and no tall striker to excessively play the longball ball to. We should be able to play some decent football today. The lack of a longball option will more or less force us to keep the ball on the ground and pass our way through. Hopefully we can do this like pro's without allowing Chievo to counter us to death.
