Brozovic, Barella, Sensi and now possibly Eriksen.

That midfield should be able to win us a Scudetto this year?

Realistically, no. Not wing our wing-backs and slightly shaky defense atm tbh.

This is not a year we should win the scudetto. We need to comfortably make 2nd place, and then we invest the CL revenue and plusvalenza from Icardi/Perisic into a couple more players next year, and we make a real run on CL progression + Scudetto.

Or we could switch to 3-4-2-1 with Eriksen in a more advanced role like Conte had tried with Sensi before his injury. If Eriksen joins Inter, he's certainly taking Sensi's spot in the starting line-up, not Barella's.

We don't need to worry about who will start over who etc. The important thing is that we finally have high quality options who will compete for starting spots - the way it should be at top clubs.

Tell that to Conte :D The guy could coach SPAL and be raging that he's not winning.

I reckon the easiest choice would be Eriksen instead of Brozovic - he's hot and cold anyway, some rest might do a good job for him... Use Sensi to try to fill Brozo's role, and then let Eriksen do his thing.

It might also come down to opposition - a team where we need more dominance in midfield and expect to play on the front foot you might use Brozo more, and then if a team is gonna sit back and wait for us to counter we might use Eriksen for creativity?

It‘s a waste of talent to play Sensi at DM. He started the season really well at an advanced role and I would like him to stay there and improve.

If only we have a motivated radja, we would still be in the CL

Btw i dont know how marotta can keep a straight face asking eriksen for 10 mio while at the same time offering vecino for 20 mio

I dont mean as A dM but use him to move the ball up the pitch and keep eriksen higher up to distribute the ball and create chances

Eriksen is still in his prime and so is Lukaku, who is younger.

Yeah we are getting young and giroud but not only them.

The irony is that most of these guys (PL fanboys) mostly care about the Fantady PL game than the actual league and we've been getting some of their best players over the last 5 years until 2019  Sanchez, Eriksen and Lukaku in particular are definitely in the relevant top 5 with only Aguero and possibly Kane near them. There's also Hazard, forgot about him. But still, possibly 3/6 are at Inter now. And it was at Man Utd that both Lukaku and Sanchez saw a significant drop in form, it's not like they came to retire

They are actually worried that PL top players have found money elsewhere that's a more attractive place to play football.

Tbh you're only deceiving yourself if you think lukaku and Sanchez have been top 5 in the last few years.

Virgil, Salah, kane, aguero, KDB... eriksen I would agree though.

Aggregate.

Salah moved to Liverpool in 2017. Van Dijk to England in 2016.

And I'm talking about FPL, not the actual league itself. Fantasy Premier League is far more popular than the actual league.

Nobody has ever seen the faces of Lundstram or can tell Ings in a line up of 2 people, but everyone has them on their FPL teams and discuss about these guys all week long.

That's a cuntish and pretentious headline.

That kind of pretentiousness is one of many reasons why they have fuck all to show for in terms of national team trophies.

I think even if it seems to happen, it will take some days. I only hope that Mou will not play him in the next game, this would be really ridiciolous.

About that :D

Mourinho: " Eriksen? You have to ask the agent who knows more than me. They have to make an offer that hasn't arrived yet. It's normal that Eriksen is not focused but tomorrow he plays

So we will probably have to wait until the next week for the official stuff.
