I will make a new post each day (or every couple days until the transfer news heats up) with links to forum posts or articles of all the major rumors worth noting. This thread will be locked for discussion; please only use it as a reference for the latest rumors.

The Serie A transfer window will run from 1 September to 5 October.

Sunday, August 30th

• Milan have closed for former Inter target Sandro Tonali, agreeing to take him on a loan with an option to buy (courtesy of Il Drago and Sky Sport Italia)
• Inter will pay 2M€ to acquire Kolarov from Roma (courtesy of Il Drago and Sky Sport Italia)
• Despite media reports linking Arturo Vidal to Juventus, _OC_ astutely pointed out that Juventus has already used both of their non-EU spots for the summer.
• Inter have received and accepted an offer from a Turkish club for Dalbert, a loan with an option to buy. Dalbert still has to reach an agreement with the club (courtesy of Il Drago and Sky Sport Italia).
• The remaining book value of Inter's deadweight players is about 78M€, which shows how necessary it is to sell one or two of these players outright this summer (courtesty of pier).

Monday, August 31st

• Inter confirmed that training camp will begin on September 7 (courtesy of Michael).

Tuesday, September 1st

• Ausilio gave a lengthy interview today in which he ruled out pursuits of Messi, Kante, and Chiesa, confirmed Inter's interest in Vidal, and stated that he expects Perisic and Nainggolan to stay with the club (courtesy of Dari0 and Sky Sport Italia).
• Kolarov's move to Inter will be finalized in the coming days. He will sign a one year contract with an option for one additional year (courtesy of Il Drago and Sky Sport Italia).
• Bayern want to sign Perisic on a permanent basis and are going to present an offer to Inter to seal the deal. They're expected to offer about 12M€ (courtesy of Il Drago and Bild).

Wednesday, September 2nd
