I may be overthinking it but to me it shows that our players are breathing new, fresh air, playing under Inzaghi's system (constant movement, attacking venom, one touch plays, less strict defensively etc) and with Danilo it was the most apparent, just from his body language.

10 years of FIFForum SupporterWe are used to DDA making mad runs, exhausting himself which probably led to a lot of his mistakes. He was very composed and disciplined last night, impressive solid performance, nothing special but did the job and showed he can be relied on if Skriniar isn't available/covering another part of the defence.

Forum Supporter10 years of FIFhonestly I have a lot of time for Danilo. He's been a loyal servant and performed reasonably well everytime we've needed him. He's never going to be (nor did we expect) the best player at Inter, but he's been a great utility player esp considering we paid like 2.5m euros for him...

Best Overall PosterMore like an Inter soldier or a cult figure than a bandiera. For me the term bandiera should be reserved only for selected few. Guys like Meazza, Facchetti, Mazzola, Oriali, Bergomi, Zanetti etc. D'Ambrosio has been great but he doesn't come close to the status of these players.
