Fabbian I like, he isn't on Barella's level, but he is good. I don't think he could be vice Hakan tho

Fabbian can only be a vice Barella. His style is actually similar to Frattesi. Certainly no regista.

In any case, i don't think he's ready for Inter. I expected him to take the next step in his game this season but it hasn't really happened. He needs to go one more season on loan.

Cristante is not so bad back up for Hakan if he comes only on loan, and if this allows us to collect 45mln from Frattesi. This will give us the financial boost to get Niko Paz in the summer and an adequate Hakan's replacement.

I think Inter are being very clear on this. The club is happy to accommodate Frattesi's transfer request, as long as the offer is around €45m. A bit more if its from a title rival (Napoli, Juve).

Thats the right approach. The player doesn't feel that the club is not listening, but also Inter are not desperate to get rid of him. Only win-win transactions allowed here

I wouldn't mind if Inter sell Frattesi for that amount. I trust Marotta & Co to use that money well, they have had a good track record, mostly get the big money decisions right

Yep, he has basically lost his starting spot to Odegaard. Fabbian starts only in CL.

Yeah. Wouldntcircle jerk for Fabbian quite yet, let him regain a spot first. No big issues though he's still learning and playing.

Fuck that big head christante ....
45m is decent we should grab an run if an offer comes in.

Fratessi has potential, he will have a better chance to shine elsewhere, he's not being used correctly here, so far just a polished version of vecino vibes.

Is it just me who thinks Vecino was far better than Frattesi? While both are bad at passing, Vecino at least tried to hold up well. And his goals were of different kinds - headers, from the edge of the box, etc. Frattesi has only been able to do tap ins.

In terms of goals, yes. In terms of connecting the midfield, even Muntari or Gagliardini were even more involved with short passes.

Vecino scored some important goals but he hadn't scored many goals. In fact he had the same number of goals with Roberto Gagliardini in their mutual time at Inter. The difference is Vecino had goals against Lazio, Tottenham and Dortmund while Gagliardini mostly scored against Liguria clubs. That's why people remember Vecino as a goal scoring midfielder. But his numbers weren't really impressive.

Vecino was also a defensive black hole. He forgot to return to midfield once he had his trademark forward runs.

Don't have one.
Whatever vecino and gaglia were as midfielders, primarily not good enough if we are being honest, they still looked like midfielders on the pitch, at least to me. Fratessi doesn't look like a midfielder, he looks like someone took a striker and told them to play mezzala. Very poor ability on the ball, almost doesn't try to connect with other players around him, and his go-to move is to make runs in the box.

Everything I said is in the context of the current system we are playing, maybe he goes somewhere else and becomes a world-class mid, but i very much doubt it.

No thanks we dont want Cristante. We had to put up with Gagliardini's mediocrity and we dont need another crap CM.
Pay the 45m or f**k off!
And why would Milan need Rashford when he plays in Leao's position?

He's basically McTominay, but worse. Prob work well in a 2 behind a striker but defo not a CM.

Why would we even consider selling to Rube and Napoli?? Makes me want to vomit. Just sell him to Roma for 45 M and be done.
According to GdS, the asking price for Rube & Napoli is 70M 😆

Inter are reportedly open to discussing an initial loan deal with the Giallorossi and payment spread across multiple financial years.

Gaglia's inability to win aerial duels was shocking considering his height. I think his main ability was his fitness/availability and being Italian, in the sense that coaches could communicate their demands better to him. That's how he stayed 6.5 years and played so many games.

We always have these few midfielders that aren't up to task, it was Vecino/Gags back then, it's Frattesi/Asllani now, even if the last two have some good attributes, they still don't fit here in the roles Inter needs them to fit in.

Sell Frattesi for 45m and get both Luka and Petar Sučić. For two or three years we'll have the best midfield in Europe.
