I'd be inclined to agree, however I think from a squad building perspective you don't want to have to change both players in a particular position in the same summer. This probably should be Darmian's last useful season so they will need a new RWB and Dumfries for continuity.

Yeah. But on the other hand; apperently Darmian is a better option nowdays. And we ain’t gonna get a rwb starter when Dumfries is earning 4 mln. That’s not a salary we are giving to back-up options.

I'm wondering is this the reason the contract has still pending and not signed?

And/or has Oaktree something to do with this situation?

How is that ransom the club? It is kind of important for him to know where he is in inzaghis/Inters plans before he signs for another 4 years no?
Like if i was in his position i would also like to know wether the club and coach look at darmian as a sure starter or not....
Even most of this forum is surprised by how little playing time he s getting this season...

it's like a big secret for some of you that Denzcel wanted 5 but settled for 4. And no. Darmian not better on offensive or defensive end,

After seeing the highlights, I don't want to fault him for any goals (I know two goals came from his side) + he also scored a goal. He is just unlucky. Yildiz looks like a beast

Then why he is not closing Yildiz when there is Bisseck behind him, why to accompany him to goal?

He won a penalty and scored a goal. It's strange to blame him, when our right side stopped working since Bisseck came in.
For he was decent. One of the few.

He was partly to blame for both the 3rd and 4th goal and generally a liability in defense. Nutmegged several times.

He bottled a 100% chance as well, completely missing the ball. The goal he scored was pure luck, completely messing up the initial touch, but somehow managed to score though, since the Rube defense was nowhere they should be.
