We got extremely lucky that Dumfries has been an above average contributor for us. I don't want to take that risk again and end up with another Lazaro.

We need a pacey wingback. Mazraoui isn't that. But he's a welcome addition to our squad if he's available
Mazraoui have a decent pacy. and the plus is his attacking contribution. offensive wb i must say.... have a good passing and good dribbling.... even better than Hakimi..... constantly dominate the game at the right side...

The same people who want to sell Dumfries or Martinez to make money will cry when Inter struggle to make top 4 next season, and will blame Marotta or Inzaghi for it. You cannot keep downgrading and winning titles. That is not how football works.

I think its disgusting if we have to sell players again for cash flows, after we sold Lukaku & Hakimi for 175m last summer. It shows that our ownership are completely clueless with ZERO long term plans, and are just making things up on the go. Fuck Suning, seriously. If they knew that money was such a big and longer term problem, why sign players on HUGE salaries like Hakan or Dzeko? Isn't that crazy short term-ism? You can spend that 175m on big wages (and end up in the same cash flow issue again next year), or spend it on transfer fee of younger talented players with much lower wages. The only way the signings of Hakan and Dzeko made sense was if the ownership knew that cash flow was a temporary, one time problem.

Seriously, any fan who thinks that selling some of our younger first team players for money and then signing Dybala on a "free" is a good idea is an idiot. It makes no sense. You are only making your cash flow problem worse.
Who are these same people?

I'm giving an option where we can make money without losing Lautaro.

First you try to lecture and then you start crying over Zhangs.

The reality is Zhangs are fucked financially which leads to Inter having to make all kinds of moves in the transfer market. That's why I'm suggesting selling Dumfries for 30m+ if such offer arrives.

Sometimes as a team we are not clear in the market, we do not have money, we will have to sell, and then they connect us with players who are worth and have big salaries

I want us to sell Lautaro and Dumfries and I don't want us to sign Dybala.

I think we can sign better players and add to our squad depth overall with the money from their sales.

Selling De Vrij or selling Dumfries is not the same thing. De Vrij's wages are almost double of Dumfries. If cash flows are the reason for sales, selling De Vrij for less money still makes much more sense. Not just coz of their age difference, but also coz it helps reduce the wage bill, which reduces the cash flows needed.

Our 3 highest earners right now are Sanchez, Dzeko and Hakan. Two of which we signed last summer. If cash flow is still a concern, surely the ownership knew about this last summer. Why the f**k did we sign Dzeko & Hakan? That was just like creating another cash flow problem down the line. That is the point I'm trying to make.

And if the ownership did not think cash flow will be a problem by signing Dzeko & Hakan, then why the fuck do we need to sell again? We are Inter, not Atalanta. If Suning can't handle that, GTFO of my club pls!
I think the reason for Hakan and Dzeko was to kinda offset Lukaku and Eriksen losses and Marotta was trying to make up them, abeit a cheaper price given Suning constraints. The same for Dumfries a replacement for Hakimi.

We have all questioned, these moves and Inter has been lucky so far with the replacements. The real worry is that the sword of Democles is about fiscal concerns and not keeping Inter a viable identity. Hence, in retrospect the movement by Suning to join the super duper league.

Dumfries has got better and better as the season has went on. Be a shame to see him leave. But if we get offers of almost 40m it's too good to turn down, as long as we have a decent replacement option available. Could perisic play RWB?

Signing of the season for Serie A? Never thought I'd consider that.

I thought it's lukaku, well, my avatar never lie to me.

After Skriniar, then Dumfries, if he stay maybe he can become one of the best in the world.

5 goals and 4 assists in the league - Hakimi ended the year with 7 goals and 8 assists last year.

Considering we paid 12m for Denzel and 40m for Hakimi, seems about right.

Goals and assists aside, his performances are good to good for a 12m signing, especially we had bad history with WB/FB. I really like him, I hope we dont have to sacrifice him.

It would be silly to sell him. As long as we don't extend some of the dummies (and Sanchez), sell De Vrij, we could sign Bremer, Dybala and bring some of our younglings back. At least for the next season, that would be enough, I'd rather put some faith into our young players than sell Lautaro and Dumfries to bring De Paul, Scamacca and a so-so
wingback.

Selling him would be an atrocious idea. We struck gold spending what we did for a player of his quality.

For once a player I've always believed in doesn't make me look like a complete dumbass.
