i would play with this players:

handanovic; campagnaro vidic jesus; d'ambrosio guarin mvila obi nagatomo; palacio osvaldo.

Now the problems come, because we have only three strikers to play Serie A and Europa League (not considering Coppa Italia). So the solutions are two.

1) we always play one competition with 3-5-1-1

2) we try to play with 3-5-2 in both competitions, with the risk to have our strikers very tired after few matches...

Mazzarri must solve the problem...

Ok it was Stjarnjanjan,Torino and Sassuolo but still...pretty damn nice...I hope Handa stays unbeaten for a little longer...as long as possible obviously.
However Dnipro has Yevhen Konoplyanka who could move to an EPL team very soon.He could cause some headaches to our df...

GDS reports that Nagatomo and Dodo will get a rest so Johnny and D'Ambro should play...

i think that at least one between guarin, hernanes and kovacic must play in midfield against Dnipro, because otherwise how can we play a good game with only defensive midfielders like Kuz M'Vila and Obi/Khrin?

I'm not worried about our defense a single bit, but 16-0 is obviously misleading. We couldn't create a single attempt on goal against Torino.. we're extremely clueless against tight defenses. Sassuolo was too easy because we scored after 3 minutes, and we will obviously crush small teams who play an open game at the San Siro.

However my concerns are, how are we going to break a tight defending team, when we have Toro-away like games, and we will have alot of them against small teams, even at home. I'm hoping that the Torino game was just an indecent and not an exact copy of our last season countless amount of games where we can't create a single scoring opportunity.

As for our defense, extremely confident about it. We had 3rd best defense last season without a single solid CDM. This season we have better CMs and one hell of a CDM aswell. Not to mention Handa in great form (continuing of last season), Vidic who on his day will easily improve our back line, and an improving young CB in Jesus, hopefully Rano with no brainfarts.

If nothing goes wrong, I honestly believe we could have 2nd best defense this time, would be hard to beat Juve's though.
