falcao law, ironically, was created for use against the very person who it is being invoked against.

Hm, I wonder if that's even ironic. It just is what it is.

It would be ironic if a person who created the term Falcao Law started hyping up players of his nationality.

So currently people are pissed at our u20 coach for being a little bitch

He said he would not call up Eddy to the WC because he has played for Italy and we don’t want mercenaries who will put on any jersey.

His dad then responded that no one ever called them from our federation to join the team and that Eddy wants to play for Colombia but it’s weird for a grown man to stalk a 17 year old try to contact him on what’sup messenager then bitch on the radio because that child didn’t respond haha

Then our federation came out saying anyone who is Colombian and want to play for our team and their clubs allow them to come to camp will be considered.

Funny drama as people are asking for Eddy and Povada(Man City but has played for their 1st team and has been capped by England’s youth team)

Exclusive: Inter look to avoid another Zaniolo with young star

Serie A giants Inter Milan are looking to avoid another 'Nicolo Zaniolo case' with their youngster Eddie Salcedo.

Salcedo is currently only 17 and is on loan at Inter from fellow Serie A side Genoa. The young striker was loaned out to the Inter Primavera side last season and has scored ten times in the league in 18 appearances.

Our transfers correspondent Fabrizio Romano understands that Inter want to sign Salcedo on a permanent basis in the summer for a fee of 8 million euros, but face stiff competition from Borussia Dortmund for the player.

The German club have been watching the Colombian-Italian for a long time now and Piero Ausilio is aware yet keen on not letting Salcedo go to any other club.

Genoa and Inter are yet to arrive on a substantial conclusion to a possible deal to send Salcedo to the San Siro on a permanent basis and the nerazzurri are desperate to sign him.

They fear that another situation like that of Nicolo Zaniolo opens up and have really liked the player.

Right now, around 35 minutes in, we are leading 1-0 in the primavera derby with his goal (although he almost fucked up but then on the rebound managed to score).

The match is streamed on inter.it, you just have to login.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, it is likely that at Piero Ausilio and Giuseppe Marotta will redeem the player from Genoa for €8M, plus another €5M in bonuses.

SM confirming that "The Italian" will be redeemed by the Nerazzurri for €8m and he could go back to Genoa on loan for one or two years.

The option was something absurd like €17m was it not? We've just spent something like €30m on Salcedo and Politano in 1 day btw. Even considering the obvious inflated deal with Genoa, that's still ludicrous money for two shitters - one kid who likely won't ever play a minute for the first team and one extremely mediocre, soon-to-be 26 year old who somehow still feels like a 'prospect'.

Salcedo was 8m. His clause was 15m, not sure why Genoa accepted to lower it. Probably a future arrangement or part of the loanback deal. We got the same valuation for two kids we gave them So it's Salcedo for 2 other kids, no money involved.

Politano was Odgaard + 20m.

Official: Inter buy Politano and Salcedo
By Football Italia staff

Inter have officially taken up their options to buy Matteo Politano from Sassuolo and Genoa striker Eddie Salcedo.

Both decisions were widely expected after promising seasons on loan, 25-year-old Politano with the senior squad and Salcedo at Primavera youth team level.

Politano’s one-year loan cost €5m with option to buy activated for another €20m.

As for Salcedo, the cost of the 17-year-old is €1m for a one-season loan and option for a further €8m.

Salcedo scored 13 goals with four assists in 35 competitive appearances for the Inter youth team.

Salcedo verso Verona. Summit in corso in sede Inter per definire il passaggio dell’ex Genoa in Veneto“. Di seguito il tweet di Alessandro Rimi.

Salcedo to Verona?
Good for him to get some experience.

I have watched him. He played really well, but didn't play as a striker, but as right winger. Nice dribbling skills and was very dangerous when received the ball. However, he still plays as a primavera player, he lacks experience and makes a lot of strange decisions, but after 40-50 matches in Serie A he should be ok.

By the way, Hellas Verona is the team which reminds me most Conte's Inter. Yeah, they don't have skills, but they are running a lot, they are tackling a lot and they are difficult to defeat. Kumbulla and Amrabat are interesting players.

That is interesting because i've watched him against Cagliari where he was playing mainly on the left side.

I wonder why we wasted our money on Sanchez when Karamoah or Calcedo would have been a better and less expensive choice. But we seemed to value finished players more than desire and hard work.
