Lautaro standing close to the keeper and going towards the spot when the ball is in the air, Bastoni going to the first post, Dumfries going right, Acerbi going left, Džeko staying somewhere in the middle.

All of our players knew exactly what they were doing, making their best defenders be out of position so that the main threats (Lautaro, Džeko) can get easy chances. It's still a lot of work to get there, so I wouldn't call it easy chance per se, but I get what he was saying.

I'm not surprised we tried the same routine straight at the start of the game.

CR was on top of everything, and eventually his decline was inevitable, which is still understandable but the thing is that he didn't wanna lower his standards in order to remain competitive in Europe.
