Dzeko has what I call the "solo uselessness". So do many others in this team for that matter. What I mean by that term, is the complete inability to produce anything on their own. I don't expect Dzeko (or any player) to win us games by themselves but too much of this squad is incapable of producing anything outside of the team framework. No one is capable of creating a moment of magic to unlock a tight game. They lack the technique, imagination, skill or pace. If the team isn't working, who will step up and get us across the line with a moment of individual brilliance? Certainly not Dzeko

I strongly dislike this guy and can't understand it's not Correa-Alexis and Lautaro-Dzeko. With Lautaro having Lukaku Role of playing everything and shoting pk's.

If I had to nitpick, I'd have to say that our gameplan should see Dzeko always around the box or inside the box in the offensive phase. He is still top notch inside the box while he is not so much 30-40 meters away from the goal.

this is one thing i do not understand about simones tactics guys like dzeko tall fast skilled in small spaces play 40 meters from goal while short not that skilled lautaro plays in box or closer to goal. you would think like in every other team i saw shorter guys constantly are the ones playiing 30-49 meters from goal and tall strong skilled plyers play in box or close to box

Won a Scudetto playing a big role.

Scored multiple goals against Juventus, Milan, Napoli, Atalanta, Lazio - pretty much all the biggest teams in Italy, other than Roma.

Also scored CL goals against Barcelona, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund (twice).

He still has to improve but I'm more than happy how Lautaro has developed since coming to Argentina. Especially given that we haven't always been 'stable' as a team, and this is his 3rd coach in his 4th season.
