Branca in an interview to gazzetta dello sport said he likes cavani but unless someone leaves there's no room.

Cavani himself seems to be pushing for a move to inter.

If mario goes I can definitly see cavani arriving.

Yeah, most probably (and hopefully) that is the case. Media likes to keep these links up for long times (sometimes even for years) even if the real connection isn't there anymore. Cavani link came in last December when the Pandev case was dragging.
