Spurs meltdown, Arsenal 2nd. Deep down realistically I felt this was their real fight, the fight with Arsenal (and ManCity) for the second place or the remaining two direct CL places, not the fight to win the league, although I hoped. At one point it seemed like they could do it, especially when people erroneously claimed that they had an easy schedule. But still they weren't as inspired as Leicester and they didn't have as much quality as usual EPL winners.

Arsenal though  always manage to recover just enough for Wenger to claim they don't need to reinforce that much :wallbang2: They'll never get rid of him.

I actually think last season will be Wenger's last. The past interviews with him...I've never seen him that frustrated.

But then again, they'll probably be top in January/February and that might delude Wenger enough to continue whatever the fuck he's doing and stay on longer.

It's more pathetic that Arsenal fans are happy to get 2nd over Spurs than it is Spurs losing it to Arsenal and ending 3rd. One club melted and lost head after mathematically losing the title, the other was shite as is customary for the last 5 years and basically bowing out in all competitions they're in during a 2 week span after a bright start to the season, ultimately ending in a better position when there's nothing left to play for.

At least Spurs put up a fight (and it could it have been a better one I admit) against bloody Leicester.

There are so many things to admire about Arsenal, but they've got to grow some balls and continue without Wenger immediately. The tragedy of Wenger, so to speak, is that he has built something whose real potential is bigger than he's able to accept or realize.

I wonder what the betting odds are on Leicester next year. With UCL football I'm guessing they'll struggle, but who knows? Chelsea not having Europe to worry about probably makes them the odds on favourite, but I don't trust Conte.

BBC Goal of the season is Dele Alli's goal vs Crystal Palace. Marcotti says the selection was made mainly among long-range strikes, which is pity really. Those kinds of goals dominate almost all goal of the season selections.

Ofcourse long range strike gonna dominate goal of The season everywhere. Even if Cambiasso's 26 pass goal against Serbia is just as amazing.

Agreed, that goal would have been amazing had it ever happened. That fake video was a known Vatican-gay-CIA-big Pharma conspiracy designed to stop us from conquering the world. And it was Serbia&Montenegro at the time, so Serbia would be responsible only for 13 of those 26 in reality non-existent passes.

ManUtd scored beautiful goal with around 40 plus passes against Southampton. It was good team goal but not sure whether it was even close to goal of the season contender.

The best teamwork goal I've ever seen was Arsenal v. Norwich scored by Wilshere. That was a moment when I thought, damn, that's some beautiful football.

Chelsea reportedly getting 87 mil a year from Nike with the new kit sponsorship. I was right about the amount just not the brand lol

Wow, kudos to Spurs and Southampton, especially Spurs who had to play in Europe as well. And Arsenal! But just look at these ridiculous clubs: Newcastle and ManCity. My god! Their whole management should be fired. Shit it's normal to got fired for waaaaay less, let alone this embarrassment. City was solid in CL at least.

I believe Newcastle spent the most out of any European club in January and still got relegated!

Posting full quote make sense. He said how the fans supported the team unconditionally and title for fans would be fantastic.
