Well, Rangnick hasn't been an active coach for a long while. And we all know that's not what he wants to do.

just saw that Newcastle lost at home to Cambridge in the FA Cup
The name of Cambridge only reminds me two things... English dictionary and university. I didn't know that the city has a football club :)

Shocking signing for Newcastle but in one way it makes sense to weaken your relegation candidates.

The way United play under Rangnick, I think Milan dodged a bullet by not signing him. Good that they spent few million to compensate him even without coming there, lol.

I don’t think this really says much about how his Milan team would have performed honestly. Man Utd is a really tricky club to manage right now. They should have gone for Conte.

I'd say Milan players have a bit more respect for the coaches they had than Man. United, they just seem disinterested. Last game, Rashford had a chance to tap in and it looked like he deliberately missed it, IDK what kind of voodoo bs is going on with United

Rangnick is known for two things: gegenpressen and discipline. Man Utd are a bad fit for both. Rangnick stint at Man Utd says more about the club issues, on and off the pitch, than the coach himself.

Was Ragnick going to be Milan's coach though? Or just director?
