if we pick up Vardy from Leicester, we will have our asshole against Quadrado and that Peacock from Milan. As washed up as he is, he is still better than Correa. At least he gives a fuck about the game and scores goals sometimes:)

He would have been better than Correa, of course but your point makes almost zero sense. I don't even think he is willing to leave Leicester for another team in England unless he plans to retire in Fletwood Town. Dunno, I just think he is way too attached to Leicester.

Sometimes, you have to differentiate between sarcasm and serious post, brother.

Not sure whether we should laugh or cry. Super league is real but acting with a different name though. It's crazy how ahead of other leagues Premierleague is.

They worked for this since 1992. While Serie A had a decade of supremacy and then fell off because of bad stadiums, not being able to market better and so on...

There's no difference between the way the Premier league was created and the Super league. Not sure why their fans cried the loudest against the super league when their own league is formed on the same principles, and whoever has the most fans gets the best tv deals.

More like 25 years of supremacy but most of it was bankrolled by wealthy individuals who supported their own teams.

PL introduced "investors" and took the funding to a next level that fans of any status couldn't follow.

Most clubs in Europe were funded by their fans until the mid 90s and the ones that dominated had wealthier fans that desired to throw money at their beloved teams.

And of course you had people like Berlusconi that just wanted exposure and found the first team that was convenient.

Money is now coming because of non-football actors at a far larger degree than ever before. I'm kinda glad we're not directly part of it but I'm not really fond of how we need to participate in this little game of theirs.

UEFA should have put an end to it but insteas they grew to benefit the most and instead of protecting European football they're destroying it. And it has a domino effect as it destroys global football in general.

The only way this "Superleague" model survives is if you replace the football fans with a brand new, "unbiased" set of consumers.
This is what the Premier League has achieved. It does not dominate football, it's actually killing it in order to survive.

Difficult to tell if United are this bad or City are this good - Haaland remains terrifying
