You picked a quote that doesn't explain the process nor the timing.

It's like someone saying that Ronaldo signed for Milan from Barcelona and argue it's correct just because he ended up there 10 years later...
right away = immediately. There was no "some three weeks later" gap as you are manipulating. They all worked together and decided at the same time.

What I am (was) seeing here is that you pulled the diamond (Skriniar) to Ausillio side while pushing the shit (Dalbert) to Sabatini, just to fit your narrative. While in fact, they were literally mentioned in the same sentence and happened during the same meeting.

That should not be the case. Either praise them both or blame them both.

Skriniar's transfer was immediate.
Dalbert's transfer took 2.5 months. Define "right away" and check again how the deal was concluded.

I don't see where I mentioned Skriniar being Ausilio's choice alone, I didn't even mention him at all. Why are you doing this?

It doesn’t matter how long a transfer takes. The point is, there was nothing like “Ausillio stopped, moved to another target and Sabatini pulled the trigger 3 weeks later”. It is from your imagination. To push the whole Dalbert shit to the poor old man alone while the fact that he worked mostly for Jiangsu Suning and mainly in China. It was Ausilio who signed the Dalbert documents, period, how the hell should he not share the blame?

That Skriniar debate was a long time ago. You praised Ausillio and, surprisingly coincident, Sabatini name was nowhere to be seen. I don’t have time to dig back some tens of thousands posts to quote that, sorry.

Your post consits of a link that basically says Ausilio required Sabatini's approval for a signing...

Dalbert's deal was off. Then Sabatini took over and restarted it. That's facts, not imagination. It's your imagination just doesn't let you realize what's fact from fiction because you refuse to acknowledge that some people may have better insight than you here.

So once more what happened.
We identified Dalbert as a target. Ausilio did.
Dalbert had a release clause of 30m or something, but Nice was willing to sell him for less than 10m. There was an agreement in place with both club and player but no official offer made.
His agent then got greedy and decided to convince his club that they could milk more from Inter. So since we didn't sign anything, Nice started to play hard and use his agent to raise his value by bringing other suitors into the mix. The agent told them Inter would pay up to 12m and their demands were raised from 8m to 15m just like that. Remember that this was still at a time where we were supposed to sign Sanchez from Arsenal and Vidal from Bayern, people thought the Chinese were ready to splash the cash.

We had other priorities so we focused on getting midfielders for Spalletti and we also needed to get plusvalenza.
One of our other targets was Emerson Palmieri. Roma wanted 30m for him and we actually drifted to Dalbert because he was 1/3 of the price.

Ausilio then pointed out different names for the left back spot with the 10m budget, but since we failed to bring other targets and the Chinese weren't very cooperative (saying if and how much money was available), Sabatini took the initiative of handling negotiations himsel with Nice. And they ended up with a 12m + 8m deal. Far more than initially agreed upon.
Ausilio wouldn't say who his other targets are in an interview, what you're quoting there is just a brief summary of players that did arrive.

Dalbert was not even 3rd choice behind Emerson Palmieri and Ricardo Rodriguez being the priorities. The latter costing less than Dalbert as well, yet he was considered quite expensive for us at the time...
Same with Bonucci who Sabatini attempted to bring to the club after Suning demanded him!

You think we would have gone for Dalbert if Rodriguez could be had with less? Sabatini panicked 2 months later and used up a chunk of our budget on Dalbert since that was one of the few names we could afford from the remainder of the list and that was it.
Ausilio had no power to negotiate, nor sign anything. Ausilio was in charge of the 2018 mercato, anywhere else he was mostly a consultant, and not an extremely influential one at that. He was mostly in charge of clearing the deadwood.

You want to blame Ausilio here, blame his scouting. Not his negotiating skill. I'm clearly talking about the financial side of this. Ausilio didn't say "sign this player at all costs". He was given a restricted budget and said "this guy falls within it". Sabatini then paid much more.

The story is just too clear to be ignored.

That was done because Ausilio was being constantly shitted on for not bringing any quality when Sabatini himself admitted (in another interview, not just the one you posted) that Skriniar was his choice and that he loved what he saw.
Sabatini reached the deal, he included Caprari in it. But it was Ausilio who said "Skriniar is the real deal, forget about Bonucci".

Ausilio was not supposed to make deals, he was supposed to find players where you weren't supposed to look.

Jesus, that's the usual Brehme I know. Telling some fake essays about some fake connection with insiders inside the Inter headquarter, to look down on people as a smartass

Let me provide my fake story that I attended those meetings too. And I heard Ausilio was the one that pushed hard for Dalbert; Sabatini was the one who pulled the trigger for Skriniar after Ausilio backed off because he thought Sampdoria asked too much. Don't ask me to prove anything because you do not provide your evidence either.

Okay okay the same way Marotta & Conte was eating 100% the crap of Lazaro but Hakimi was 100% Ausilio work? That's how you see it?

Ausilio had no power to negotiate, nor sign anything.
NO. He was Inter director back then. Not a tiny petty scout. Sabatini was the director at Jiangsu Suning. Two different clubs with the same owner. Sabatini could not sign shit at Inter without Ausilio signature.

Down 0-1 at Juventus in the start of the second half, and minnows Cagliari break for literally the very first time....

I mean, for fucks sake, you couldn't make it up, and at the same time it's the most telegraphed outcome of all time.
When I tell you I was laughing before he even kicked the ball, I mean it

Cagliari’s right wingback is actually pretty solid. His pace was really impressive and he’s only 21, good cross there too. His name is Bellanova. One to keep an eye on.

If I'm not mistaken, his contract with Inter expires at the end of the season. So this turd is not our problem anymore.

I hope we haven't (and have no intention of) extending his contract.

Inter had extended Dalbert's contract in 2018. Probably for accounting reasons.

If the info in football manager is correct it's only end of next season.

That kid also wasn't bad as we wiped Cagliari off the pitch.
