Most Diverse PosterIt's not the league that is shitty, it's his mental state. He isn't built for a big club with big expectations.
Most footballers in the main leagues are actually really good athletes, but then you also have some of them 1. playing in the wrong system to use them best 2. the players are stupid 3. the coaches are stupid 4. only a fraction of those players are elite players which is the standard we are used of. Not saying players like Darmian and D'ambrosio are elite, but at least they aren't stupid.
Even Gags showed that he can be useful in certain situations. But he can't be dominant against Juve as he can be against Genoa.

10 years of FIFMental capabilities is something which is probably very, very hard to scout from the stands/ through TV. You need to interview the guy, the agent, the coach, the family. Still the scouting in that regard might fail. I hope we do this, at least now, on a constant basis. Dalbert was not and is not ready for Inter level of club which its pressure.

I would give the players IQ tests, communication tests, stress tests, etc. before deciding to sign them!
How come this crucial part that makes the difference between world class and weekend footballer mentality has been neglected for so long?
Especially when you think about the obscene amounts involved in these transfers!

Most people thought Hakan would be the first to fold, instead he's been quite strong and agressive mentally. Then we all saw how smart Lukaku in his time here, then the last 12 months changed everything. There are countless examples like these. The truth is you can't predict exactly how people react to the situations until they are in the situations.

Can you believe this clown? Getting injured by himselfInter reveal their full-back Dalbert sustained a knee injury while training in Brazil and will have to undergo surgery.
“The Nerazzurri full-back Henrique Dalbert suffered a knee sprain during the individual pre-season training in Brazil,” the club said in an official statement.
“The exams at the Humanitas Clinic highlighted a lesion of the anterior cruciate ligament. The player will undergo surgery in the coming days.”
The Brazilian defender is not part of Simone Inzaghi’s plans, but the Nerazzurri were planning to sell him this summer. Dalbert spent the last season on loan at Cagliari, collecting 26 Serie A appearances.
