There will be no punishment like that, but could that be a deciding factor for Allegri?

Could Inter seem more favorable to him since they do not have this risk of a CL ban?

Juve getting 4th and then immediately being banned from CL would be a welcome distraction from the deluge of shit that we are under at the moment

UEFA have announced they've temporarily suspended the investigations on juventus, Real Madrid, and Barcelona over the super league situation.

"Temporarily". Pathetic.

Pretty sure nobody is going to pretend to be surprised about that.

Here's another shocker. Juve, Real Madrid and Barca will be allowed to be in the Champions League next season according to Sky Sports.

So only those who didn't admit they were wrong aren't punished.

This completely went over my head. It'd be a shame if they got a lesser punishment than the other clubs involved. It'll be a disaster if they get off with nothing.

It's because of the lawsuit Super league has against UEFA. UEFA disciplinary process is still pending, they will punish those 3 clubs later. AFAIK the lawsuit was some trick to basically put the process on hold.

New motion filed with Madrid court by A22, the company behind Super League. It is seeking to scrap the agreement UEFA signed with the 9 clubs- including 6 Premier League teams- after they backed away from the project. Would mean fines and penalties are annulled.

UEFA has five days to respond. A decision could take a few weeks, but would be a huge blow if implemented.

A22 is also filing to make UEFA cancel the disciplinary against Juve, Real and Barca in its entirety. It's currently "stayed" pending UEFA's appeal against the April 18 injuction by the Madrid court

This is gonna be fun.

The 3 clubs want to cancel the disciplinary measures that will go against them but nothing was going to happen regardless.

So everyone gets a pass with the penalty fees to Uefa. Idk how some random Madrid Court can decide that though.
