Odd for a player to go BVB from Bayern during his prime. Especially when Bayern made a contract offer.

The best thing is Bayern and Dortmund offers were basically identical. 10m gross. His agent (who's also the agent of Upamecano) said there was a lack of respect from Bayern and it was never about the money.

For the first time in a long time Bayern are losing players they want to keep. Thiago, Boateng, Alaba, Sule, Tolisso (believe it or not but they actually want to keep him). Lewandowski is going to be the next as they're nowhere near an extension. For the outsiders it may look business as usual for mighty Bayern Munich but there are cracks inside the organization and everything points to the most powerful person at Bayern right now and Uli Hoeneß protege, sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic.

Contract negotiations that didn't end well, transfers that didn't work and most importantly the guy has had issues throughout the years with, basically, everyone. Rummenigge, Flick, agents and even players.

Bayern not reward players like us in 2010 when they win treble season. I think they want create a younger team for the future, especially for German NT future.
Just like when Perisic not redeemed, then they buy Sane.
Except Germany key players like Muller or Neuer, i am not see any renewal for other players.

They strategy for next seasons are buy many players from rival, so they basically safe for next Bundesliga trophy.

I never liked the guy and I still don't understand why a sporting director should be on the bench during games? Is this something normal in Germany?

I would take either of those Chelsea strikers. Werner financially more possible but he brings us so much that we just don't have.
I watched aubameyangs first barca goal with envy, a long ball over the top and a striker who wasn't immediately caught be defenders.
