Best Overall PosterThat's always the trend with Bayern. Limited spending in one season and heavy spending in the other. Best run club in Europe. Profitable, league domination and always competitive in CL. It's easy for them to plan ahead. Even when they make some bad sporting decisions (and Brazzo has made many) it's easy for them to fix them.

First he goes and makes Tolisso the most expensive signing in the history of Bayern. Then he smashes it by signing Lucas Hernandez for 80m. Unthinkable sum for Bayern. And the icing of the cake. Offering high salaries to Upamecano, who had yet to play a game for Bayern, and injury prone Coman when there were dressing room leaders like Alaba who were still underpaid.
So for those who follow Bundesliga closely, Bayern spending big on a French kid is no surprise.

Best Football PosterBest Overall PosterMukiele had one year left in his contract plus he was coming from a poor season. He didn't fit Tedesco who prefers technical fullbacks unlike Nagelsmann who favors athleticism. So all in all, i would say deal is fair.

10 years of FIFWell, tbf, I didn't have insider info and I am not ITK. Like many of you I suppose, I know/follow certain journalists who are credible. Currently, the most well known credible transfer guy is Fabrizio Romano but in reality he is less ITK than someone who corroborates everything he posts rather than disseminate false info. So he's a good person to keep an eye on when it is nearing the finish line - although in this case he didn't get it right either, not really his fault though
On Barca's side, there hasn't been an infallible source for transfers etc. at any moment in time since I started following the club 20 years ago. Some are more reliable than others but currently there is someone who has yet to be wrong under Laporta, Gerrard Romero. I don't know how he got a direct line to Laporta/Alemany but he clearly has it and he's very careful not to overplay the board's hand. So less a source than a mouthpiece. The irony is that he had a similar role under Bartomeu but instead of being accurate he was a mouthpiece disseminating erroneous info.
Players like him too so I can't quite wrap my head around the oddball but he has so far been 100% accurate with everything and let me say he was predicting everything including Bernardo Silva before any signing was made - and I thought absolutely bonkers. So Silva is only an option if Frenkie won't accept the paycut and has to be transferred - but purportedly this is good as done if FDJ leaves
