He truly is. Just look at Kiwior move to Arsenal. Before news coming out from Poland there's an agreement he hadn't reported a single thing about it. He may not even know anything about it. Now he's tweeting nonstop about addons, medical and signed documents. I find it really annoying.

The average fan just wants to know his club targets, how negotiations are progressing and when the deal is done. Who gives a fuck about when documents are signed?

It looks like Chelsea are in the market for a rb, just not for the one we would have liked. In France they report Chelsea have made an opening bid for Lyon rb, Malo Gusto

I have a feeling that Juve will sell McKennie to Leeds, with that money they will bring in Zaniolo from Roma. I highly doubt the latter one will go to Bournemouth. Milan is out of race, so in case Juve is gonna close the deal for McKennie, pretty sure that money will be invested in Zaniolo.
