Even Guardiola said Cancelo is not happy when he doesn't play, but still, I'd keep the guy, at least until the end of the season. He was their best option for that left side. Like i said before, a pretty stupid move by City, who don't really make that many stupid transfers... This is like Inter loaning out Bastoni, i mean why would you do it?

Reports suggested that cancelo and Guardiola had a fight over cancelo being benched and thats what lead to him being loaned out. Even though cancelo claims thats BS and he moved for more playing time, I do not believe for a second that City would just give away cancelo for half a season if him and pep were on good terms.
Also that claim that he moved for more playing time when he started most of the time just seems weird.

We need to make a decision on Gosens fast. Is he staying or we will try to sell him? If he's staying fine. But if we decide to move on from him we need to act fast. Guerreiro and Grimaldo are still available on a free but they won't wait forever.

Yeah good point. Even though Gosens takes a big junk in the amortization bill, I think it's fine keeping him. Because I find it hard to believe we could be able to sell him without capital losses fast.

Then on the other hand, this club is not being run properly so I assume we might be scrambling again in the summer and selling Gosens later becomes a possibility.

I don't think there'll be enough interest in him to force him out in the name of making money.

Also, should he regain some form he'd be our starting LWB and they're surely not gonna give up on him just yet.
