Dimarco's gonna need some help trying to handle Yamal, lol. We knew his defensive game isn't the strong part of his game but man did he just leave Kane way too much space to work with on that goal. Have to get a tighter gap, all Dimarco did was allow Kane to open up more angles against Sommer and once he could hit the far post he went for it.
To his credit, Dima helped atone with his corner delivery that led to Lautaro's goal a few minutes later.
Still, I wonder if Inzaghi might consider Augusto as a tactical choice for the first leg. I know it was an injury-enforced choice for this tie, all a matter of how well we can mask's Dimarco's defensive weak points moving forward.
